Testovanie prierazu, ktor\u00e9 sa \u0161iroko pou\u017e\u00edva na hodnotenie pevnosti separ\u00e1torov, kvantitat\u00edvne meria odolnos\u0165 a pevnostn\u00e9 vlastnosti p\u00f4soben\u00edm z\u00e1\u0165a\u017ee na separ\u00e1tor pri kon\u0161tantnej r\u00fdchlosti a meran\u00edm v\u00fdskytu poruchy prierazu. Sk\u00fa\u0161ka sa vykonala pomocou presn\u00e9ho univerz\u00e1lneho sk\u00fa\u0161obn\u00e9ho stroja AGS-V a sk\u00fa\u0161obn\u00e9ho pr\u00edpravku na prepichovanie vriec. Tento pr\u00edpravok sa jednoducho upev\u0148uje pomocou mat\u00edc, tak\u017ee sa d\u00e1 \u013eahko in\u0161talova\u0165 a vybera\u0165 vzorky. Sk\u00fa\u0161ky sa vykonali v komore pomocou pr\u00edpravku typu klietka. Ke\u010f sa testy vykon\u00e1vaj\u00fa v termostatickej komore, pr\u00edpravok je pripojen\u00fd pomocou dlhej ty\u010de, tak\u017ee existuje mo\u017enos\u0165 vybo\u010denia v d\u00f4sledku tlakov\u00e9ho za\u0165a\u017eenia. Pr\u00edpravok klietkov\u00e9ho typu je pr\u00edpravok na vykon\u00e1vanie tlakov\u00fdch sk\u00fa\u0161ok, pri ktor\u00fdch sa za\u0165a\u017eenie aplikuje, ke\u010f je aktivovan\u00fd v smere \u0165ahu (obr. 1). Sk\u00fa\u0161ky v tlaku sa vykon\u00e1vaj\u00fa pohybom modrej \u010dasti smerom nahor, pri\u010dom zelen\u00e1 \u010das\u0165 je pevn\u00e1. Preto sa sk\u00fa\u0161ky m\u00f4\u017eu vykon\u00e1va\u0165 bez toho, aby do\u0161lo k vybo\u010deniu v d\u00f4sledku za\u0165a\u017eenia. Podmienky sk\u00fa\u0161ky s\u00fa uveden\u00e9 v tabu\u013eke 2. Sk\u00fa\u0161ky sa vykonali na 3 typoch separ\u00e1torov od r\u00f4znych v\u00fdrobcov pri 3 teplotn\u00fdch podmienkach. Pou\u017eit\u00edm predbe\u017en\u00e9ho za\u0165a\u017eenia 0,1 N a nastaven\u00edm polohy za\u010diatku zdvihu bolo mo\u017en\u00e9 vykona\u0165 testy s dobrou reprodukovate\u013enos\u0165ou. Vodorovn\u00e1 os ozna\u010duje zdvih; zvisl\u00e1 os ozna\u010duje sk\u00fa\u0161obn\u00fa silu; krivky plnou \u010diarou (\u010derven\u00e1) s\u00fa pre izbov\u00fa teplotu; krivky preru\u0161ovanou \u010diarou (modr\u00e1) s\u00fa pre 60 \u00b0C; a krivky preru\u0161ovanou \u010diarou (zelen\u00e1) s\u00fa pre 90 \u00b0C. Zhrnutie v\u00fdsledkov sk\u00fa\u0161ky je uveden\u00e9 na obr. 3. Pevnos\u0165 separ\u00e1torov v\u0161etk\u00fdch v\u00fdrobcov sa pri vy\u0161\u0161\u00edch teplot\u00e1ch zn\u00ed\u017eila. V tabu\u013eke 4 s\u00fa uveden\u00e9 vypo\u010d\u00edtan\u00e9 hodnoty pevnosti pri jednotliv\u00fdch teplot\u00e1ch, pri\u010dom pevnos\u0165 pri izbovej teplote sa pova\u017euje za 100 %.
