Napr\u00edklad v lete cez de\u0148 nos\u00edme tri\u010dko, ktor\u00e9 dobre d\u00fdcha, a v chladnej zime p\u00e1perov\u00fa bundu, ktor\u00e1 n\u00e1s udr\u017e\u00ed v teple. Takisto ak pracujeme v ter\u00e9ne, mali by sme nosi\u0165 pracovn\u00e9 oble\u010denie, ktor\u00e9 je pevn\u00e9 a \u013eahko sa v \u0148om pohybuje. V z\u00e1vislosti od toho, ak\u00e9 hodnoty s\u00fa prioritn\u00e9, ako napr\u00edklad pohodlie, funk\u010dnos\u0165 a dizajn, sa od oble\u010denia vy\u017eaduje r\u00f4zne prevedenie a ka\u017ed\u00fd de\u0148 sa vyr\u00e1baj\u00fa nov\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky. Ke\u010f\u017ee oble\u010denie je v\u00fdrobok, vy\u017eaduje si hodnotenie pevnosti, aby sa zabezpe\u010dila ur\u010dit\u00e1 \u00farove\u0148 kvality. Norma ASTM D4355 opisuje met\u00f3dy merania pevnosti v roztrhnut\u00ed tkan\u00fdch a netkan\u00fdch geotext\u00edli\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa nevyhnutn\u00e9 pre n\u00e1\u0161 ka\u017edodenn\u00fd \u017eivot. Na tento test sa pou\u017eil presn\u00fd univerz\u00e1lny tester AGS-X a skrutkov\u00fd ploch\u00fd \u00fachyt. V tabu\u013eke 2 s\u00fa uveden\u00e9 podmienky sk\u00fa\u0161ky. Na obr. 1 je zn\u00e1zornen\u00e1 schematick\u00e1 sch\u00e9ma sk\u00fa\u0161obnej vzorky na roztrhnutie lichobe\u017en\u00edka. Vzorky pre ASTM D4533 sa pripravili tak, \u017ee sa vyrezala vzorka s rozmermi pribli\u017ene 76 mm \u00d7 200 mm a potom sa vyzna\u010dila \u0161abl\u00f3na rovnoramenn\u00e9ho lichobe\u017en\u00edka, ako je zn\u00e1zornen\u00e9 preru\u0161ovan\u00fdmi \u010diarami na obr. 1 p\u00edsm. a), a potom sa na kr\u00e1tkej strane lichobe\u017en\u00edka predt\u00fdm vyzna\u010den\u00e9ho na vzorke urobila 15 mm \u0161trbina. Vzorka sa uchopila tak, aby dlh\u00e1 strana \u00fachopovej plochy a bo\u010dn\u00e9 strany lichobe\u017en\u00edka boli zhodn\u00e9. Okrem toho sa ako volite\u013en\u00e1 \u0161abl\u00f3na zaviedla aj \u0161es\u0165uholn\u00edkov\u00e1 vzorka zn\u00e1zornen\u00e1 na obr. 1 p\u00edsm. b). Pri paralelnom uchopen\u00ed strany ozna\u010denej \u010dervenou \u0161\u00edpkou a uchopovacej plochy sa sk\u00fa\u0161ka m\u00f4\u017ee vykona\u0165 bez ozna\u010denia vzorky rovnoramenn\u00fdm lichobe\u017en\u00edkom. V tomto pr\u00edpade sa hodnotila pevnos\u0165 \u0161tyroch druhov vzoriek v smere osnovy a \u00fatku. Na obr. 2 je fotografia sk\u00fa\u0161ky. Hoci norma ASTM D4533 vy\u017eaduje pou\u017eitie \u00fachopov\u00fdch pl\u00f4ch so \u0161\u00edrkou najmenej 76,2 mm a d\u013a\u017ekou 50,8 mm, t\u00e1to sk\u00fa\u0161ka sa vykonala s \u00fachopov\u00fdmi plochami so \u0161\u00edrkou 150 mm a d\u013a\u017ekou 20 mm. Na obr. 3 s\u00fa uveden\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky sk\u00fa\u0161ky. Sk\u00fa\u0161ka mohla prebieha\u0165 hladko, \u010d\u00edm sa zabr\u00e1nilo sk\u013aznutiu ktorejko\u013evek vzorky. V tabu\u013eke 3 s\u00fa zhrnut\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky sk\u00fa\u0161ky. V\u00fdsledky uk\u00e1zali ve\u013ek\u00fd rozdiel v pevnosti pri pretrhnut\u00ed medzi smermi osnovy a \u00fatku pri vzork\u00e1ch (1) a (3), ale pri vzork\u00e1ch (2) a (4) bol mal\u00fd.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Z\u00e1ver<\/strong><br \/>Na vykonanie sk\u00fa\u0161ky roztrhnutia tkaniny (trap\u00e9zov\u00e1 met\u00f3da) sa pou\u017eil univerz\u00e1lny sk\u00fa\u0161obn\u00fd pr\u00edstroj stolov\u00e9ho typu, ktor\u00fd vyhovoval norme ASTM D4533. Tento sk\u00fa\u0161obn\u00fd syst\u00e9m Shimadzu sa m\u00f4\u017ee pou\u017ei\u0165 na hodnotenie pevnosti tkaniny.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
