T\u00e1to aplika\u010dn\u00e1 novinka sa zameriava na pevnos\u0165 pri\u013enavosti elektr\u00f3dov\u00fdch plechov pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdch ako elektr\u00f3dy bat\u00e9ri\u00ed. Na obr. 1 je zn\u00e1zornen\u00e1 \u0161trukt\u00fara elektr\u00f3dov\u00e9ho plechu. Elektr\u00f3dov\u00fd list sa sklad\u00e1 z elektr\u00f3dov\u00e9ho materi\u00e1lu, ktor\u00fd prilieha k pr\u00fadov\u00e9mu kolektoru, cez ktor\u00fd sa pohybuj\u00fa elektr\u00f3ny. Elektr\u00f3dov\u00fd materi\u00e1l sa sklad\u00e1 z kat\u00f3dovo akt\u00edvneho materi\u00e1lu, ako je fosfore\u010dnan l\u00edtno-\u017eelezit\u00fd, a z izola\u010dn\u00e9ho materi\u00e1lu zn\u00e1meho ako spojivo. Ak je pri\u013enavos\u0165 medzi elektr\u00f3dov\u00fdm materi\u00e1lom a pr\u00fadov\u00fdm kolektorom slab\u00e1, elektr\u00f3dov\u00fd materi\u00e1l sa m\u00f4\u017ee oddeli\u0165 od pr\u00fadov\u00e9ho kolektora, \u010do br\u00e1ni pohybu elektr\u00f3nov v elektr\u00f3dovom plechu a zvy\u0161uje elektrick\u00fd odpor. Preto je hodnotenie pevnosti adh\u00e9zie d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 pre zlep\u0161enie v\u00fdkonu bat\u00e9rie. V tejto aplik\u00e1cii je op\u00edsan\u00e9 sk\u00fa\u0161obn\u00e9 zariadenie, sk\u00fa\u0161obn\u00e9 podmienky a v\u00fdsledky sk\u00fa\u0161ky odlupovania materi\u00e1lov kat\u00f3d bat\u00e9ri\u00ed. Sk\u00fa\u0161ky sa vykonali pomocou presn\u00e9ho univerz\u00e1lneho sk\u00fa\u0161obn\u00e9ho stroja AGS -V so skrutkovac\u00edmi ploch\u00fdmi \u00fachytmi 1 kN a na \u0148om namontovan\u00fdm sk\u00fa\u0161obn\u00fdm zariaden\u00edm na odlupovanie medenej f\u00f3lie. Vzorky pozost\u00e1vali z obd\u013a\u017enikov\u00fdch kovov\u00fdch dosiek pokryt\u00fdch obojstrannou p\u00e1skou, ktor\u00e9 boli n\u00e1sledne pokryt\u00e9 kat\u00f3dov\u00fdmi akt\u00edvnymi materi\u00e1lmi. Vzorky sa umiestnili do sk\u00fa\u0161obn\u00e9ho zariadenia na odlupovanie medenej f\u00f3lie a hlin\u00edkov\u00e1 f\u00f3lia sa uchopila pomocou ploch\u00e9ho dr\u017eiaka so skrutkou. F\u00f3lia sa odlepovala v\u017edy v smere 90\u00b0 vzh\u013eadom na vzorku, \u010d\u00edm sa zabezpe\u010dilo, aby sa stred za\u0165a\u017eenia zhodoval so stredom AGS-V.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6340d5b e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"6340d5b\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-50ceba6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"50ceba6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Testovacie podmienky<\/strong><br \/>V tabu\u013eke 2 s\u00fa uveden\u00e9 podmienky testovania. Pri tejto sk\u00fa\u0161ke sa sila a jej<br \/>z\u00e1vislos\u0165 od teploty. Sk\u00fa\u0161ky sa vykonali trikr\u00e1t pri ka\u017edej teplote, zatia\u013e \u010do zobrazen\u00e1 krivka je jedna reprezentat\u00edvna vzorka z troch. Priemern\u00e9 hodnoty adh\u00e9znej sily s\u00fa uveden\u00e9 v tabu\u013eke 3. Adh\u00e9zne sily boli vypo\u010d\u00edtan\u00e9 z priemernej sily medzi 20 mm a 80 mm posunu. Tieto v\u00fdsledky ukazuj\u00fa, \u017ee pri vy\u0161\u0161ej teplote sa adh\u00e9zna sila zv\u00e4\u010d\u0161uje.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div
