Vyhodnotenie teplotnej z\u00e1vislosti je potrebn\u00e9, preto\u017ee kov je po\u010das v\u00fdroby vystaven\u00fd aj teplu. T\u00e1to aplika\u010dn\u00e1 novinka predstavuje pracovn\u00fd postup pozost\u00e1vaj\u00faci z hodnotenia pevnosti v \u0165ahu kovovej f\u00f3lie pou\u017e\u00edvanej ako elektr\u00f3dy l\u00edtium-i\u00f3nov\u00fdch bat\u00e9ri\u00ed. Tieto \u00fachopy zni\u017euj\u00fa v\u00fdkyv \u00fachopov\u00fdch pl\u00f4ch a ich povrch je opracovan\u00fd do \u0161peci\u00e1lnych tvarov. T\u00fdm sa pri sk\u00fa\u0161an\u00ed f\u00f3liovej vzorky zni\u017euje riziko zlomeniny vzorky v upnutej \u010dasti. Tieto pneumatick\u00e9 \u00fachopy umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00fa upevni\u0165 vzorky a zabezpe\u010di\u0165 kon\u0161tantn\u00fa silu uchopenia pre ka\u017ed\u00fa sk\u00fa\u0161ku. Na nastavenie teploty sk\u00fa\u0161obn\u00e9ho priestoru sa pou\u017eila termostatick\u00e1 komora kompaktn\u00e9ho typu TCE-N300A. Mo\u017eno ju ovl\u00e1da\u0165 pomocou obslu\u017en\u00e9ho softv\u00e9ru sk\u00fa\u0161obn\u00fdch strojov TRAPEZIUM X-V. Tento softv\u00e9r dok\u00e1\u017ee ovl\u00e1da\u0165 komoru aj sk\u00fa\u0161obn\u00fd stroj na tom istom displeji. T\u00e1to funkcia zvy\u0161uje pohodlie syst\u00e9mu. Na obr. 1 je zn\u00e1zornen\u00fd celkov\u00fd vzh\u013ead sk\u00fa\u0161obn\u00e9ho zariadenia a na obr. 2 s\u00fa zn\u00e1zornen\u00e9 \u00fachyty a vzorka z sk\u00fa\u0161obn\u00fdch podmienkach. V tomto experimente sa testovali 3 typy kovov (A1N30, A1070, C1100). Teplotn\u00e9 podmienky boli izbov\u00e1 teplota, 100 \u00b0C a 180 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>V\u00fdsledky testov<\/strong><br \/>V tabu\u013ek\u00e1ch 3 a 4 s\u00fa uveden\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky testov a na obr. 3 a\u017e 5 s\u00fa zn\u00e1zornen\u00e9 s-s krivky. Tieto krivky zobrazuj\u00fa jednu reprezentat\u00edvnu vzorku z troch. Pln\u00e1 \u010diara je pri izbovej teplote, bodkovan\u00e1 \u010diara pri 100 \u00b0C a \u010diarkovan\u00e1 \u010diara pri 180 \u00b0C. Hodnota deform\u00e1cie bola vypo\u010d\u00edtan\u00e1 pomocou vzdialenosti medzi \u00fachytmi ako po\u010diato\u010dnej GL. V\u00fdsledky uveden\u00e9 v tabu\u013eke 3 a na obr. 3 a\u017e 5 ukazuj\u00fa, \u017ee pevnos\u0165 v\u0161etk\u00fdch materi\u00e1lov klesala so zvy\u0161uj\u00facou sa teplotou. Ako je uveden\u00e9 v tabu\u013eke 4, pred\u013a\u017eenie pri poru\u0161en\u00ed C1100 pri 180 \u00b0C a A1N30 a A1070 pri 100 \u00b0C a 180 \u00b0C malo tendenciu by\u0165 v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ie ako
