Napr\u00edklad obrazovky smartf\u00f3nov a \u010deln\u00e9 skl\u00e1 automobilov si vy\u017eaduj\u00fa vysok\u00fa pevnos\u0165 skla, preto sa na hodnotenie pevnosti pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa trojbodov\u00e9 sk\u00fa\u0161ky ohybom, \u0161tvorbodov\u00e9 sk\u00fa\u0161ky ohybom a sk\u00fa\u0161ky ohybom kr\u00fa\u017eok na kr\u00fa\u017eok. Pri trojbodov\u00fdch a \u0161tvorbodov\u00fdch ohybov\u00fdch sk\u00fa\u0161kach v\u00fdsledky z\u00e1visia od stavu hr\u00e1n, preto\u017ee trhliny na okraji sk\u00fa\u0161obn\u00e9ho kusu sa m\u00f4\u017eu sta\u0165 zdrojom lomu. Na druhej strane, sk\u00fa\u0161ka ohybom kr\u00fa\u017eok na kr\u00fa\u017eok sa pova\u017euje za dvojosov\u00fa \u0161tvorbodov\u00fa sk\u00fa\u0161ku ohybom a m\u00f4\u017ee sa \u0148ou hodnoti\u0165 \"pevnos\u0165 v rovine\" skla bez vplyvu hr\u00e1n. T\u00e1to sk\u00fa\u0161ka je \u0161pecifikovan\u00e1 v norme ASTM C1499 a pos\u00fadenie vyhovuje alebo nevyhovuje sa ur\u010duje pozorovan\u00edm p\u00f4vodu lomu na vzorke s p\u00e1skou pripevnenou na tlakovej strane. Preto je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 nielen vykona\u0165 sk\u00fa\u0161ku, ale aj potvrdi\u0165 p\u00f4vod lomu. V predch\u00e1dzaj\u00facej spr\u00e1ve1) bol proces lomenia zosilnen\u00e9ho skla pri sk\u00fa\u0161ke ohybom kr\u00fa\u017eku na kr\u00fa\u017eku pozorovan\u00fd pomocou vysokor\u00fdchlostnej videokamery HPV-X2. Sk\u00fa\u0161obn\u00e9 zariadenie je uveden\u00e9 v tabu\u013eke 1 a z\u00e1znam a sk\u00fa\u0161obn\u00e9 podmienky s\u00fa podrobne uveden\u00e9 v tabu\u013eke 2. Na obr. 2 a 3 je zn\u00e1zornen\u00e9 pozorovacie zariadenie a sk\u00fa\u0161obn\u00e1 \u010das\u0165. Vn\u00fatorn\u00e1 strana sk\u00fa\u0161obn\u00e9ho pr\u00edpravku s podporn\u00fdm kr\u00fa\u017ekom bola vyh\u013aben\u00e1, \u010do umo\u017enilo pozorova\u0165 lom zospodu sk\u00fa\u0161obnej vzorky pomocou zrkadla umiestnen\u00e9ho priamo pod \u0148ou. Na z\u00e1\u0165a\u017eov\u00fd kr\u00fa\u017eok bol pripevnen\u00fd sn\u00edma\u010d zr\u00fdchlenia, aby sa zistili zmeny zr\u00fdchlenia v \u010dase lomu. To sa pou\u017eilo ako sp\u00fa\u0161\u0165a\u010d. Okrem toho sa na horn\u00fa stranu kusu umiestnila odrazov\u00e1 f\u00f3lia, aby sa u\u013eah\u010dilo pozorovanie \u0161\u00edrenia trhliny. Sk\u00fa\u0161obn\u00fd kus bol z tvrden\u00e9ho skla a sk\u00fa\u0161obn\u00e1 r\u00fdchlos\u0165 bola 5 mm\/min, pri\u010dom r\u00fdchlos\u0165 z\u00e1znamu bola nastaven\u00e1 na 10 Mfps.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c5c3bed elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c5c3bed\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>V\u00fdsledok merania<\/strong><br \/>Na obr. 4 s\u00fa zn\u00e1zornen\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky pozorovania lomu pri sk\u00fa\u0161ke ohybom na kr\u00fa\u017eku. Na obr\u00e1zku (2) je vidie\u0165 za\u010diatok lomu na za\u0165a\u017eovacom kr\u00fa\u017eku a potom od (3) do (12) mo\u017eno pozorova\u0165 \u0161\u00edrenie trhl\u00edn, ako sa kruh za\u010diatku roz\u0161iruje. Na obr. 5 sa porovn\u00e1vaj\u00fa sn\u00edmky zhotoven\u00e9 pomocou HPV-X2 v predch\u00e1dzaj\u00facej spr\u00e1ve s novozhotoven\u00fdmi sn\u00edmkami zhotoven\u00fdmi pomocou HPV-X3. Sn\u00edmka z HPV-X3 na obr. 5 je zv\u00e4\u010d\u0161en\u00fd poh\u013ead na oblas\u0165 trhliny z obr. 4(4). Podobne sn\u00edmka z HPV-X2 na obr. 5 je zv\u00e4\u010d\u0161en\u00fd poh\u013ead na oblas\u0165 trhliny z predch\u00e1dzaj\u00facej spr\u00e1vy. Na sn\u00edmke HPV-X2 je obrys \u010dierneho kruhu v mieste trhliny trochu nejasn\u00fd. Rozl\u00ed\u0161enie kamery HPV-X3 sa v porovnan\u00ed s be\u017enou kamerou HPV-X2 zv\u00fd\u0161ilo trojn\u00e1sobne, \u010do umo\u017e\u0148uje jasnej\u0161ie zobrazenie trhl\u00edn.
