Vyhodnotenie teplotnej z\u00e1vislosti je potrebn\u00e9, preto\u017ee kov je po\u010das v\u00fdroby vystaven\u00fd aj teplu. T\u00e1to aplika\u010dn\u00e1 novinka predstavuje pracovn\u00fd postup pozost\u00e1vaj\u00faci z hodnotenia pevnosti v \u0165ahu kovovej f\u00f3lie pou\u017e\u00edvanej ako elektr\u00f3dy l\u00edtium-i\u00f3nov\u00fdch bat\u00e9ri\u00ed. Na obr. 3 je zv\u00e4\u010d\u0161en\u00fd poh\u013ead na bielo or\u00e1movan\u00fa oblas\u0165 na obr. 2. V mikroskope bola umiestnen\u00e1 sklenen\u00e1 komora obsahuj\u00faca substr\u00e1t a odplynen\u00fa vodu. Laser bol zameran\u00fd zo zadnej strany sklenen\u00e9ho substr\u00e1tu, aby sa vytvorili bubliny. Vytvoren\u00e9 bubliny sa pozorovali pomocou HPV-X3 z horizont\u00e1lnej smernice vzh\u013eadom na povrch substr\u00e1tu. Proces od vzniku bubliniek po<br \/>je zn\u00e1zornen\u00fd na obr. 5. Ako je vidie\u0165 na obr. 5(14) a (15), spr\u00e1vanie sa bubl\u00edn tesne pred zmiznut\u00edm nie je mo\u017en\u00e9 detailne zachyti\u0165 pri 1 Mfps. Potom sa r\u00fdchlos\u0165 sn\u00edmania obrazu zmenila na 20 Mfps. V\u00fdsledky s\u00fa zn\u00e1zornen\u00e9 na obr. 6. Tvar \u0161pi\u010dky bubliny po\u010das procesu kontrakcie sa na obr. 5 a 6(1) a (2) jav\u00ed ako obl\u00fakovit\u00fd.
