V poslednom \u010dase je celkom zrejm\u00e1 rast\u00faca miera ich roz\u0161\u00edrenia do oblast\u00ed v\u0161eobecn\u00e9ho pou\u017eitia v dom\u00e1cnostiach vr\u00e1tane hybridn\u00fdch a elektrick\u00fdch vozidiel a zd\u00e1 sa zrejm\u00e9, \u017ee dopyt po nich sa v bud\u00facnosti e\u0161te zv\u00fd\u0161i.\nKe\u010f\u017ee l\u00edtium-i\u00f3nov\u00e9 bat\u00e9rie sa niekedy m\u00f4\u017eu sta\u0165 nestabiln\u00fdmi v d\u00f4sledku skratu, nadmern\u00e9ho nab\u00edjania a vyb\u00edjania, n\u00e1razu at\u010f.\nZ t\u00fdchto komponentov separ\u00e1tor l\u00edtium-i\u00f3novej bat\u00e9rie zabra\u0148uje kontaktu medzi kladnou a z\u00e1pornou elektr\u00f3dou a z\u00e1rove\u0148 pln\u00ed \u00falohu di\u0161tan\u010dn\u00e9ho prvku, ktor\u00fd umo\u017e\u0148uje priechod i\u00f3nov l\u00edtia. Preto sme vykonali merania preb\u00edjania a \u0165ahov\u00fdch sk\u00fa\u0161ok separ\u00e1tora s cie\u013eom vyhodnoti\u0165 zmeny pevnosti vzh\u013eadom na zmeny teploty. Z uveden\u00e9ho mo\u017eno predpoklada\u0165, \u017ee pri 60 \u00b0C nedoch\u00e1dza k zn\u00ed\u017eeniu pevnosti separ\u00e1tora l\u00edtium-i\u00f3novej bat\u00e9rie napriek zjavn\u00e9mu vzorky (1) a (2)), ktor\u00e9 obsahovali PE (polyetyl\u00e9n) ako z\u00e1kladn\u00fa zlo\u017eku. Pri vykon\u00e1van\u00ed \u0165ahov\u00fdch sk\u00fa\u0161ok sa ka\u017ed\u00e1 vzorka separ\u00e1tora (ako je zn\u00e1zornen\u00e9 na obr. 3(a)) upravila do podoby vzoriek v tvare \u010dinky orientovan\u00fdch v pozd\u013a\u017enom a \u0161\u00edrkovom smere ka\u017ed\u00e9ho separ\u00e1tora, ako je zn\u00e1zornen\u00e9 na obr. 3(b). Celkov\u00e1 d\u013a\u017eka v\u0161etk\u00fdch vzoriek bola 35 mm, pri\u010dom rovnobe\u017en\u00fd rez mal rozmery 10 (D) \u00d7 2 (\u0160) mm<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div Aj deform\u00e1cia pri pretrhnut\u00ed je pre vzorku (1) v pozd\u013a\u017enom smere pribli\u017ene 15-kr\u00e1t ni\u017e\u0161ia ako pre vzorku (1) v \u0161\u00edrkovom smere. Z uveden\u00fdch v\u00fdsledkov vypl\u00fdva, \u017ee tento separ\u00e1tor ( vzorka ( 1 ) ) bol vyroben\u00fd pomocou jednoos\u00e9ho \u0165ahania v pozd\u013a\u017enom smere. \u0160\u00edrkov\u00e1 pevnos\u0165 v \u0165ahu vzorky (2) je pribli\u017ene dvojn\u00e1sobn\u00e1 v porovnan\u00ed so vzorkou (1) a deform\u00e1cia pri pretrhnut\u00ed je ove\u013ea ni\u017e\u0161ia. Podobn\u00e1 tendencia ako pri vzorke (2) v \u0161\u00edrkovom smere sa prejavuje aj pri vzorke (2) v pozd\u013a\u017enom smere. Preto sa vzh\u013eadom na tendenciu v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ej pevnosti v \u0165ahu a ni\u017e\u0161ej deform\u00e1cie pri pretrhnut\u00ed pri vzorke (2) v pozd\u013a\u017enom smere predpoklad\u00e1, \u017ee vzorka (2) bola vyroben\u00e1 s n\u00edzkym dvojosov\u00fdm \u0165ahov\u00fdm pomerom a \u017ee \u0165ahov\u00fd pomer v pozd\u013a\u017enom smere bol v\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00ed ako v \u0161\u00edrkovom smere.\nZ\u00edskan\u00e9 \u00fadaje t\u00fdkaj\u00face sa mechanick\u00fdch vlastnost\u00ed v z\u00e1vislosti od teploty vzorky s\u00fa tie\u017e\n \nzauj\u00edmav\u00e9. Pri porovnan\u00ed deform\u00e1cie pri pretrhnut\u00ed a pevnosti v \u0165ahu vzorky pri 25 \u00b0C a 60 \u00b0C, hoci sa hodnota deform\u00e1cie pri pretrhnut\u00ed zv\u00fd\u0161ila 2-n\u00e1sobne v d\u00f4sledku zv\u00fd\u0161enia sk\u00fa\u0161obnej teploty na 60 \u00b0C, do\u0161lo len k miernemu poklesu pevnosti v \u0165ahu. Podobne pri porovn\u00e1van\u00ed hodn\u00f4t merania fyzik\u00e1lnych vlastnost\u00ed pri 60 \u00b0C a 90 \u00b0C vykazovala deform\u00e1cia pri pretrhnut\u00ed rovnak\u00fa tendenciu k v\u00fdrazn\u00e9mu n\u00e1rastu ako pri porovn\u00e1van\u00ed hodn\u00f4t pri 25 \u00b0C a 60 \u00b0C. V tomto pr\u00edpade v\u0161ak hodnota pevnosti v \u0165ahu vykazuje v\u00fdrazn\u00fd pokles. Z uveden\u00e9ho je zrejm\u00e9, \u017ee separ\u00e1tory l\u00edtium-i\u00f3nov\u00fdch bat\u00e9ri\u00ed pou\u017eit\u00e9 v tomto teste si zachov\u00e1vaj\u00fa vynikaj\u00facu mechanick\u00fa pevnos\u0165 pri 60 \u00b0C, a to bez oh\u013eadu na ich zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 charakteristiky pred\u013a\u017eenia.\n\u0160pecifik\u00e1cie vysokej mechanickej pevnosti sa vy\u017eaduj\u00fa pre separ\u00e1tory, aby odolali meniacej sa teplote v \u010dl\u00e1nku. Ako je zrejm\u00e9 z v\u00fdsledkov sk\u00fa\u0161ok prierazom a \u0165ahom separ\u00e1torov l\u00edtium-i\u00f3nov\u00fdch bat\u00e9ri\u00ed pod kontrolou atmosf\u00e9rickej teploty, mechanick\u00e9 vlastnosti separ\u00e1torov l\u00edtium-i\u00f3nov\u00fdch bat\u00e9ri\u00ed mo\u017eno spo\u013eahlivo vyhodnoti\u0165 pomocou presn\u00e9ho univerz\u00e1lneho testera Shimadzu AG-X s bohat\u00fdm
