Pou\u017e\u00edva sa v lietadl\u00e1ch a v niektor\u00fdch dopravn\u00fdch prostriedkoch na zn\u00ed\u017eenie n\u00e1kladov na palivo zn\u00ed\u017een\u00edm hmotnosti. Hoci m\u00e1 ako kompozitn\u00fd materi\u00e1l vynikaj\u00face mechanick\u00e9 vlastnosti, pri po\u0161koden\u00ed v rovine sa spr\u00e1va krehko, pri\u010dom lom sa \u0161\u00edri okam\u017eite od miesta po\u0161kodenia. V\u00fdvoj CFRP preto zah\u0155\u0148a nielen testovanie materi\u00e1lu, ale aj pozorovanie por\u00fach materi\u00e1lu s cie\u013eom skontrolova\u0165 miesta lomov v slab\u00fdch miestach. Okrem toho sa zlyhanie materi\u00e1lu pozoruje na vyhodnotenie platnosti po\u010d\u00edta\u010dom podporovan\u00e9ho in\u017einierstva (CAE) v poslednom \u010dase. Ako u\u017e bolo uveden\u00e9, lom CFRP vznik\u00e1 extr\u00e9mne r\u00fdchlo a nie je mo\u017en\u00e9 ho pozorova\u0165 vo\u013en\u00fdm okom, preto sa pou\u017e\u00edva vysokor\u00fdchlostn\u00e1 videokamera. Spolo\u010dnos\u0165 Shimadzu v minulosti uverejnila aplika\u010dn\u00e9 novinky na t\u00fato t\u00e9mu (\u010d. V017 Pozorovanie poru\u0161enia materi\u00e1lov CFRP pri vysokor\u00fdchlostn\u00fdch \u0165ahov\u00fdch sk\u00fa\u0161kach). Vysokor\u00fdchlostn\u00e9 \u0165ahov\u00e9 sk\u00fa\u0161ky zah\u0155\u0148aj\u00fa okam\u017eit\u00fd \u010das sk\u00fa\u0161ky. Aby sa tomu vyhovelo, pou\u017e\u00edva sa stroboskop schopn\u00fd okam\u017eite vy\u017earova\u0165 ve\u013emi intenz\u00edvne svetlo na dosiahnutie r\u00fdchlosti sn\u00edmania obrazu viac ako 1 mili\u00f3n sn\u00edmok za sekundu. Statick\u00e9 testovanie zatia\u013e zah\u0155\u0148a dlh\u0161\u00ed \u010das testovania s halogenidovou lampou pou\u017e\u00edvanou ako zdroj svetla na kontinu\u00e1lne osvetlenie (relat\u00edvne slab\u00fd zdroj svetla v porovnan\u00ed so stroboskopom), ktor\u00fd nedok\u00e1\u017ee vyprodukova\u0165 dostatok svetla na zachytenie obrazu r\u00fdchlos\u0165ou viac ako 500 000 sn\u00edmok za sekundu. Novo vyvinut\u00e1 kamera HPV-X2 je 6-kr\u00e1t citlivej\u0161ia ako predch\u00e1dzaj\u00faca kamera HPV-X, \u010do jej umo\u017e\u0148uje zachyti\u0165 viac ako 1 mili\u00f3n sn\u00edmok za sekundu aj s pou\u017eit\u00edm halogenidovej lampy ako zdroja svetla. V tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku demon\u0161trujeme pozorovanie poru\u0161enia jednosmern\u00e9ho CFRP pri statickej sk\u00fa\u0161ke.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6728194 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6728194\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><strong>Meranie <br \/><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Pri experimentoch sa pou\u017eil presn\u00fd univerz\u00e1lny sk\u00fa\u0161obn\u00fd stroj AG-Xplus a vysokor\u00fdchlostn\u00e1 videokamera HPV-X2. Pou\u017eit\u00e9 zariadenia s\u00fa uveden\u00e9 v tabu\u013eke 1. Pozorovanie poru\u0161enia materi\u00e1lu po\u010das \u0165ahovej sk\u00fa\u0161ky si vy\u017eaduje sign\u00e1l, ktor\u00fd spust\u00ed vysokor\u00fdchlostn\u00fa videokameru v \u010dase poru\u0161enia materi\u00e1lu. Ke\u010f\u017ee pri poruche jednosmern\u00e9ho CFRP sa trhliny \u0161\u00edria v smere jednosmern\u00fdch vl\u00e1kien, pripevnili sme hlin\u00edkov\u00fa f\u00f3liu kolmo na smer vl\u00e1kien pomocou lepidla. Vzorka s pripevnenou hlin\u00edkovou f\u00f3liou je zn\u00e1zornen\u00e1 na obr. 1. Preru\u0161enie vedenia cez hlin\u00edkov\u00fa f\u00f3liu sp\u00f4soben\u00e9 poru\u0161en\u00edm vzorky vyvol\u00e1 pozorovanie poruchy. Porucha jednosmern\u00e9ho CFRP je zn\u00e1zornen\u00e1 na obr. 4.\nPozd\u013a\u017ene trhliny mo\u017eno vidie\u0165 na \u013eavej strane\nna obr\u00e1zku (2) na obr. 4. Na obr\u00e1zku (3) s\u00fa tieto\ntrhliny roz\u0161\u00edrili a\u017e po horn\u00fa kartu.\nPozd\u013a\u017ene trhliny mo\u017eno vidie\u0165 aj na pravej strane\nna obr\u00e1zku (3). Obr\u00e1zok (6) je neskor\u0161\u00ed poh\u013ead na\nna rozpadaj\u00facu sa vzorku. Pou\u017eitie HPV-X2\numo\u017e\u0148uje pozorova\u0165 poru\u0161enie CFRP po\u010das statick\u00e9ho\n\u0165ahov\u00fdch sk\u00fa\u0161ok, \u010do je u\u017eito\u010dn\u00e9 pre bud\u00face sk\u00fa\u0161ky CFRP\npre v\u00fdvoj CFR.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f968102 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f968102\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><strong>V\u00fdsledky <br \/><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Poh\u013ead na test je zn\u00e1zornen\u00fd na obr. 2 a obr. 3. Ako je zn\u00e1zornen\u00e9 na obr. 3, na pr\u00edpravky okolo vzorky je pripevnen\u00e1 aj hlin\u00edkov\u00e1 f\u00f3lia, aby sa na vzorku s\u00fastredilo svetlo.
