Kompozitn\u00e9 materi\u00e1ly maj\u00fa vynikaj\u00face mechanick\u00e9 vlastnosti. V\u0161eobecnou vlastnos\u0165ou kompozitn\u00fdch materi\u00e1lov je v\u0161ak to, \u017ee ich pevnos\u0165 sa v\u00fdrazne zni\u017euje, ke\u010f s\u00fa vr\u00fabkovan\u00e9. CFRP nie je v\u00fdnimkou, preto s\u00fa d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 sk\u00fa\u0161ky vzoriek so z\u00e1rezmi. V tomto pr\u00edpade sa sk\u00fa\u0161ky vykon\u00e1vaj\u00fa pomocou vzoriek s vr\u00fabkovan\u00edm s kruhov\u00fdm otvorom v strede. V tomto experimente sa vykonali \u0165ahov\u00e9 sk\u00fa\u0161ky s pou\u017eit\u00edm vzoriek CFRP (lamin\u00e1tov\u00e1 met\u00f3da [45\/0\/-45\/90]2s) s celkovou d\u013a\u017ekou 150 mm, \u0161\u00edrkou 36 mm a hr\u00fabkou\n2,5 mm, pripraven\u00e9 s kruhov\u00fdm otvorom 6 mm v strede. Proces poru\u0161enia vzoriek CFRP sa pozoroval po\u010das \u0165ahov\u00fdch sk\u00fa\u0161ok. Pre v\u00fdvoj CFRP je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 najm\u00e4 potvrdenie procesu poru\u0161enia v slab\u00fdch oblastiach, ako je obvod kruhov\u00fdch otvorov, a potvrdenie platnosti anal\u00fdzy CAE. Ke\u010f\u017ee v\u0161ak zlyhanie CFRP je krehk\u00fd jav, pri ktorom zlyhanie nast\u00e1va okam\u017eite, nie je mo\u017en\u00e9 ho potvrdi\u0165 vo\u013en\u00fdm okom. Z tohto d\u00f4vodu sa na pozorovanie poruchy pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa vysokor\u00fdchlostn\u00e9 videokamery. V tomto experimente sa pomocou dvoch vysokor\u00fdchlostn\u00fdch videokamier HPV-X2 z\u00edskali synchronizovan\u00e9 z\u00e1bery na prednej a bo\u010dnej strane vzoriek.\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2daabf1 e-grid e-con-full e-con e-child\" data-id=\"2daabf1\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-25dc8b7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"25dc8b7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><strong>Syst\u00e9m merania<\/strong><\/h2>\nV tomto experimente sa presn\u00fd univerz\u00e1lny pr\u00edstroj AG-Xplus\na dva vysokor\u00fdchlostn\u00e9 videokamery HPV-X2.\nboli pou\u017eit\u00e9 kamery. V tabu\u013eke 1 s\u00fa uveden\u00e9 pr\u00edstroje\npou\u017eit\u00e9 pr\u00edstroje. Na pozorovanie poru\u0161enia vzorky pri sk\u00fa\u0161ke \u0165ahom sa pou\u017eila\nmus\u00ed by\u0165 sp\u00fa\u0161\u0165ac\u00ed sign\u00e1l synchronizovan\u00fd s poruchou\ndo vysokor\u00fdchlostn\u00fdch videokamier. Na str\u00e1nke .\nporucha sa za\u010d\u00edna na obvode kruhov\u00e9ho otvoru.\nPreto bola na obvod pripevnen\u00e1 hlin\u00edkov\u00e1 f\u00f3lia\nkruhov\u00e9ho otvoru pomocou lepidla, ako je zn\u00e1zornen\u00e9 na obr. 1,\ntak, aby sa vedenie stratilo, ke\u010f sa vzorka\nzlyh\u00e1. Ako je zn\u00e1zornen\u00e9 na obr. 2.\nporucha vzorky bola zaznamenan\u00e1 spredu pomocou\nkamerou (1) a zo strany kamerou (2). Obr. 3\nzobrazuje v\u00fdsledky sk\u00fa\u0161ky z pr\u00edstroja AG-Xplus. Porucha sa za\u010d\u00edna\nkde sk\u00fa\u0161obn\u00e1 sila na obr. 3 n\u00e1hle kles\u00e1. Obr. 4\nukazuje zlyhanie vzorky pozorovan\u00e9 spredu,\na na obr. 5 z boku. Obr\u00e1zok (2) na obr. 4 ukazuje, \u017ee\nporucha za\u010d\u00edna na \u013eavej strane kruhov\u00e9ho otvoru. Na str\u00e1nke\nobr\u00e1zku (3) sa trhlina objavuje aj na pravej strane\nkruhov\u00e9ho otvoru. N\u00e1sledne trhliny postupuj\u00fa v smere\norient\u00e1cii 45 stup\u0148ov, pri\u010dom orient\u00e1cia vl\u00e1kien\nvo vonkaj\u0161ej vrstve. \u010ealej, ako sk\u00fa\u0161ka postupovala,\nsa potvrdili viacn\u00e1sobn\u00e9 trhliny, ako na obr\u00e1zkoch (7) a\n(8). Pri pozorovan\u00ed z boku sa nevyskytlo \u017eiadne zlyhanie\npotvrden\u00e9 v \u010dase, ke\u010f sa porucha za\u010dala, a bola len\nspo\u010diatku potvrden\u00e1 len na sn\u00edmke (5). Je to pravdepodobne preto, \u017ee\ntrhliny za\u010dali na okraji kruhov\u00e9ho otvoru\ndosiahli bo\u010dn\u00fa stranu vzorky na sn\u00edmke (5).\nN\u00e1sledne sa zlyhanie potvrdilo vo viacer\u00fdch vrstv\u00e1ch,\nokrem vrstvy so stup\u0148om 0 na sn\u00edmke (6). \u010ealej v\nna obr\u00e1zku (7) sa zlyhanie potvrdilo vo vrstve 0 stup\u0148ov,\npo ktorej porucha postupovala smerom k vrstve\nvonkaj\u0161ieho povrchu. Kone\u010dn\u00fd stav vzorky je\nzn\u00e1zornen\u00fd na obr\u00e1zkoch 6 a 7.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-24916f1 Na str\u00e1nke\nnajm\u00e4 pri materi\u00e1loch CFRP s r\u00f4znymi vl\u00e1knami\norient\u00e1ciou pre ka\u017ed\u00fa vrstvu lamin\u00e1cie, kde je porucha\nprebieha pre ka\u017ed\u00fa vrstvu in\u00fdm sp\u00f4sobom, ako je uveden\u00e9\nv tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku, mo\u017eno proces poru\u0161enia pozorova\u0165 v\npodrobnej\u0161ie pomocou z\u00e1znamu z dvoch
