V posledn\u00fdch rokoch sa \u0161trukt\u00fara a dizajn obalov stali rozmanitej\u0161\u00edmi v s\u00falade s vyv\u00edjaj\u00facim sa charakterom kozmetiky.\nNa zaistenie bezpe\u010dnosti kozmetiky je potrebn\u00e9 zabr\u00e1ni\u0165 vniknutiu kontaminantov v d\u00f4sledku po\u0161kodenia obalu po\u010das v\u00fdroby alebo prepravy\/prepravy, zhor\u0161eniu kvality alebo \u00faniku v d\u00f4sledku por\u00fach tesnenia a in\u00fdch probl\u00e9mov. Preto je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e1 aj kontrola kvality obalov. Nede\u0161trukt\u00edvne testovanie je u\u017eito\u010dn\u00e9 na hodnotenie kvality obalov kozmetick\u00fdch n\u00e1dob pri ich vystavovan\u00ed v obchodoch alebo pri preprave.\nR\u00f6ntgenov\u00e9 CT syst\u00e9my, jeden z typov pr\u00edstrojov na nede\u0161trukt\u00edvne testovanie, m\u00f4\u017eu poskytn\u00fa\u0165 trojrozmern\u00fa vizualiz\u00e1ciu stavu obalu, napr\u00edklad stavu tesnenia, poru\u0161enia a netesnosti. Okrem toho sa daj\u00fa pou\u017ei\u0165 aj na pozorovanie samotn\u00fdch kozmetick\u00fdch v\u00fdrobkov, \u010do je u\u017eito\u010dn\u00e9 pri r\u00f4znych kontrol\u00e1ch kvality.\nTento \u010dl\u00e1nok opisuje pr\u00edklad pou\u017eitia stolov\u00e9ho r\u00f6ntgenov\u00e9ho CT syst\u00e9mu XSeeker 8000 (obr. 1) na pozorovanie kozmetiky a jej obalov.\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2daabf1 e-grid e-con-full e-con e-child\" data-id=\"2daabf1\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-25dc8b7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"25dc8b7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><strong>Skenovanie kozmetiky<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>V tejto \u0161t\u00fadii sa skenovali tri typy kozmetiky, ako je zn\u00e1zornen\u00e9 na obr. 2. Pre ka\u017ed\u00fd v\u00fdrobok boli stanoven\u00e9 tieto krit\u00e9ri\u00e1 pozorovania: V pr\u00edpade podkladov\u00e9ho kr\u00e9mu na vank\u00fa\u0161ik sa identifikovali komponenty n\u00e1dobky, zmerali sa medzery a pos\u00fadilo sa rozlo\u017eenie podkladovej tekutiny. V pr\u00edpade tekut\u00e9ho r\u00fa\u017eu sa pos\u00fadilo tesnenie n\u00e1dobky, zistil sa \u00fanik tekutiny a vyhodnotila sa disperzia \u010dast\u00edc v tekutine. V pr\u00edpade kovu aj plastu trv\u00e1 jemn\u00fd re\u017eim pribli\u017ene 5 min\u00fat (priestorov\u00e9 rozl\u00ed\u0161enie 0,1 mm), zatia\u013e \u010do r\u00fdchly re\u017eim trv\u00e1 pribli\u017ene 12 sek\u00fand (priestorov\u00e9 rozl\u00ed\u0161enie 0,2 mm).\nV tabu\u013eke 1 s\u00fa uveden\u00e9 podmienky skenovania pre t\u00fato \u0161t\u00fadiu. Na obr. 3 je zn\u00e1zornen\u00e9, \u017ee z\u00e1kladov\u00e1 n\u00e1doba pozost\u00e1va z viacer\u00fdch \u010dast\u00ed, ako je vonkaj\u0161ie veko, vn\u00fatorn\u00e1 prie\u010dka a podstavec hubky, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa spojen\u00e9 pomocou spojenia a lepenia. Zrkadlo nalepen\u00e9 na vonkaj\u0161om veku sa v\u010faka svojej vysokej hustote jav\u00ed ako biele, zatia\u013e \u010do puf a ostatn\u00e9 \u010dasti s n\u00edzkou hustotou sa javia ako takmer \u010diernosiv\u00e9. Zmenou prieh\u013eadnosti 3D obrazu mo\u017eno \u013eahko potvrdi\u0165 trojrozmern\u00fa polohu vn\u00fatorn\u00fdch \u010dast\u00ed. Ke\u010f\u017ee softv\u00e9r umo\u017e\u0148uje aj priradenie \u013eubovo\u013enej farby k ur\u010ditej hodnote jasu, tekut\u00fd z\u00e1klad m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 z\u00e1merne zafarben\u00fd do b\u00e9\u017eovej farby, ako je zn\u00e1zornen\u00e9 na obr. 5.\nKonkr\u00e9tne vn\u00fatorn\u00e9 \u010dasti mo\u017eno z 3D obrazu izolova\u0165 zmenou prahovej hodnoty jasu alebo pou\u017eit\u00edm funkcie orezania. Na pravej strane obr. 5 je zn\u00e1zornen\u00fd 3D obraz iba izolovanej tekutej z\u00e1kladovej hmoty. Ten zobrazuje kvapalinu, ktor\u00e1 prenik\u00e1 do p\u00f3rov hubky a s\u00fastre\u010fuje sa pozd\u013a\u017e vonkaj\u0161ej obvodovej oblasti hubky. Na r\u00f6ntgenov\u00fdch CT sn\u00edmkach prierezov biele oblasti ozna\u010duj\u00fa materi\u00e1ly s vy\u0161\u0161ou hustotou. Ak je teda hustota kvapaliny vy\u0161\u0161ia ako hustota uz\u00e1veru a telesa, bielu oblas\u0165 mo\u017eno identifikova\u0165 ako kvapalinu a pou\u017ei\u0165 na vyhodnotenie netesnosti.<\/p>\n<p>Na obr. 8 je zn\u00e1zornen\u00e1 disperzia \u010dast\u00edc v kvapaline. Tento r\u00fa\u017e je komer\u010dn\u00fd v\u00fdrobok, tak\u017ee \u010dastice s\u00fa v kvapaline rozpt\u00fdlen\u00e9 rovnomerne. Tak\u00e9to obr\u00e1zky by sa v\u0161ak mohli pou\u017ei\u0165 na vyhodnotenie nes\u00faladu rozptylu \u010dast\u00edc po\u010das v\u00fdvoja v\u00fdrobku alebo kontroly To nazna\u010duje, \u017ee prav\u00e1 doln\u00e1 oblas\u0165 je tvoren\u00e1 hustej\u0161\u00edm materi\u00e1lom alebo s\u00fadr\u017enej\u0161\u00edmi \u010dasticami.<\/p>\n<p>Na \u013eavej strane obr. 10 s\u00fa zobrazen\u00e9 prie\u010dne rezy z inej \u010dasti pravej dolnej oblasti, na ktor\u00fdch s\u00fa vidite\u013en\u00e9 vn\u00fatorn\u00e9 trhliny. Polohu a tvar trhl\u00edn mo\u017eno ur\u010di\u0165 aj z 3D sn\u00edmky (prav\u00e1 strana obr. 10).
