Pevnos\u0165 v tlaku je mimoriadne d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e1\npri navrhovan\u00ed kompozitn\u00fdch materi\u00e1lov, ktor\u00e1 je\nv\u017edy testuje. Av\u0161ak vzh\u013eadom na n\u00e1ro\u010dnos\u0165 testovania\npevnosti v tlaku existuje cel\u00fd rad sk\u00fa\u0161obn\u00fdch met\u00f3d.\nHlavnou sk\u00fa\u0161obnou met\u00f3dou na sk\u00fa\u0161ku pevnosti v tlaku je kombinovan\u00e1\nmet\u00f3da za\u0165a\u017eenia v tlaku (CLC), ktor\u00e1 sa nach\u00e1dza v norme ASTM\nD6641. Met\u00f3du CLC mo\u017eno vykona\u0165 pomocou\njednoduchou kon\u0161trukciou pr\u00edpravku, vzorkami z nelepen\u00fdch p\u00e1sov a m\u00f4\u017ee\npou\u017ei\u0165 na s\u00fa\u010dasn\u00e9 hodnotenie pevnosti a\nmeranie modulu pru\u017enosti. Vykonali sme kompresiu\nCFRP pod\u013ea normy ASTM D6641.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2daabf1 e-grid e-con-full e-con e-child\" data-id=\"2daabf1\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-25dc8b7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"25dc8b7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><strong>Syst\u00e9m merania<\/strong><\/h2>\nPou\u017eila sa vzorka CFRP T800S\/3900. \u010eal\u0161ie str\u00e1nky\nInform\u00e1cie o vzorke s\u00fa uveden\u00e9 v tabu\u013eke 1. .\npou\u017eit\u00e9 sk\u00fa\u0161obn\u00e9 zariadenie je uveden\u00e9 v tabu\u013eke 2. Na z\u00e1klade\nCLC v norme ASTM D6641 bola vzorka\npripevnen\u00e1 k pr\u00edpravku zobrazen\u00e9mu na obr. 1 a stla\u010den\u00e1\npomocou kompresnej dosky. Na obr. 2 je zobrazen\u00e1 fotografia\nvzorky. Ako je zn\u00e1zornen\u00e9 na obr. 2, tenzometer bol\npripevnen\u00fd na prednej a zadnej strane v strede\nvzorky. V\u00fdstupy z predn\u00e9ho a zadn\u00e9ho tenzometra\npotvrdili, \u017ee vzorka bola zarovnan\u00e1\nv pr\u00edpravku po\u010das upev\u0148ovania vzorky rovn\u00e1. Na str\u00e1nke .\nvzorka bola pripevnen\u00e1 pomocou momentov\u00e9ho k\u013e\u00fa\u010da na upevnenie\nna mieste rovnomerne. Sk\u00fa\u0161ka sa vykonala s\nsk\u00fa\u0161obnou r\u00fdchlos\u0165ou nastavenou na 1,3 mm\/min.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element testov<\/strong><\/h2><p>Merania sa vykonali dvakr\u00e1t a merania nap\u00e4tia a deform\u00e1cie<br \/>s\u00fa zn\u00e1zornen\u00e9 na obr. 3. Pou\u017eit\u00e1 deform\u00e1cia je stredn\u00e1 hodnota<br \/>nam\u00e1hanie z prednej a zadnej strany<br \/>vzorka. Vz\u0165ah medzi prvou deform\u00e1ciou<br \/>merania a \u010dasu je zn\u00e1zornen\u00e1 na obr. 4, aby sa uk\u00e1zalo, \u017ee<br \/>v\u00fdstupy z\u00edskan\u00e9 z tenzometrov. Obr. 4 zobrazuje<br \/>v\u00fdstupy z oboch tenzometrov boli takmer rovnak\u00e9<br \/>rovnak\u00e9 a\u017e do pribli\u017ene 40 sek\u00fand, \u010do je d\u00f4kazom, \u017ee<br \/>test bol \u00faspe\u0161n\u00fd. Mal\u00e1 odch\u00fdlka<br \/>medzi tenzometrami vznik\u00e1 pribli\u017ene po 0,5 %<br \/>deform\u00e1cia, ktor\u00e1 je sp\u00f4soben\u00e1 mal\u00fdm mno\u017estvom vzorky<br \/>ohyb. V tabu\u013eke 3 s\u00fa uveden\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky sk\u00fa\u0161ok. Priemern\u00e1 hodnota<br \/>pevnos\u0165 v tlaku bola 640,7 MPa a priemern\u00e1<br \/>modul pru\u017enosti bol 72,9 GPa. Modul pru\u017enosti bol<br \/>vypo\u010d\u00edtan\u00e1 na z\u00e1klade priemern\u00fdch hodn\u00f4t v\u00fdstupov tenzometrov.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
