Na vyhodnotenie t\u00fdchto materi\u00e1lov sa mus\u00ed vykona\u0165 cel\u00fd rad sk\u00fa\u0161ok, od sk\u00fa\u0161ok \u0165ahom a\u017e po sk\u00fa\u0161ky ohybom a tlakom. Z nich sa sk\u00fa\u0161ka ohybom vykon\u00e1va na presk\u00famanie vlastnost\u00ed materi\u00e1lu pri oh\u00fdban\u00ed vonkaj\u0161ou silou. Ke\u010f\u017ee komponenty vystaven\u00e9 vonkaj\u0161ej sile sa oh\u00fdbaj\u00fa v reakcii na ohybov\u00fd moment, sk\u00fa\u0161ka ohybom je jednou z najz\u00e1kladnej\u0161\u00edch sk\u00fa\u0161ok pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdch na hodnotenie materi\u00e1lov. Predch\u00e1dzaj\u00face sk\u00fa\u0161obn\u00e9 normy, ktor\u00e9 definuj\u00fa trojbodov\u00fa sk\u00fa\u0161ku ohybom pre plasty, nevy\u017eadovali syst\u00e9m merania priehybu. V d\u00f4sledku toho sa pri sk\u00fa\u0161kach zis\u0165ovala vzorka, priehyb n\u00e1stroja a vtl\u00e1\u010danie indentora spolu ako s\u00fa\u010det, \u010do je met\u00f3da nevhodn\u00e1 na presn\u00e9 meranie modulu pru\u017enosti v ohybe. Zmenen\u00e9 normy (ISO178:2010, Amd.1:2013 a JIS K 7171:2016)<\/p>\n<p>boli zmenen\u00e9 a doplnen\u00e9 a zah\u0155\u0148aj\u00fa bu\u010f pou\u017eitie vych\u00fdlenia<\/p>\n<p>merac\u00ed syst\u00e9m s absol\u00fatnou presnos\u0165ou \"ISO 9513 Class 1\" v rozsahu 1 % alebo pou\u017eitie korekcie zhody na odstr\u00e1nenie vych\u00fdlenia sk\u00fa\u0161obn\u00e9ho stroja. Na vzork\u00e1ch z PC, PVC a GFRP sa vykonala trojbodov\u00e1 sk\u00fa\u0161ka ohybom v s\u00falade s novelizovan\u00fdmi normami, pri\u010dom modul pru\u017enosti v ohybe ka\u017ed\u00e9ho plastu sa vypo\u010d\u00edtal pomocou posunu kr\u00ed\u017eovej hlavy, korekcie zhody a meracieho pr\u00edstroja na meranie priehybu.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-efdf405 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"efdf405\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><strong>Syst\u00e9m merania<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Merania sa uskuto\u010dnili pomocou stolov\u00e9ho pr\u00edstroja AGS-X\ntypu univerz\u00e1lneho sk\u00fa\u0161obn\u00e9ho pr\u00edstroja a pr\u00edstroja na meranie priehybov\ns presnos\u0165ou merania do\n3,4 \u03bcm. Po\u017eiadavky zmenen\u00fdch a doplnen\u00fdch noriem pri\npriemern\u00e1 hr\u00fabka vzorky je 4 mm, s\u00fa uveden\u00e9 na obr. 1. .\nhodnota relevantn\u00e1 pre v\u00fdpo\u010det modulu pru\u017enosti v ohybe je 341 \u03bcm,\npri\u010dom pr\u00edstroj na meranie priehybu s absol\u00fatnym\npresnos\u0165ou 1 % tejto hodnoty (3,4 \u03bcm) (obr. 1).\nukazuje modul pru\u017enosti v ohybe vypo\u010d\u00edtan\u00fd na z\u00e1klade\nna z\u00e1klade sklonu v dvoch bodoch, hoci modul pru\u017enosti v ohybe\npru\u017enosti by sa mohol vypo\u010d\u00edta\u0165 aj na z\u00e1klade line\u00e1rneho\nregresie krivky).\nV tabu\u013ek\u00e1ch 1, 2 a 3 s\u00fa uveden\u00e9 podrobnosti o pr\u00edstrojoch, vzork\u00e1ch,\na pou\u017eit\u00fdch sk\u00fa\u0161obn\u00fdch podmienkach. Na obr. 2 je zn\u00e1zornen\u00fd sk\u00fa\u0161obn\u00fd pr\u00edstroj\nusporiadanie. V zmenen\u00fdch a doplnen\u00fdch norm\u00e1ch sa opisuje met\u00f3da A, ktor\u00e1\npou\u017e\u00edva kon\u0161tantn\u00fa sk\u00fa\u0161obn\u00fa r\u00fdchlos\u0165, a met\u00f3du B, ktor\u00e1 zvy\u0161uje\nsk\u00fa\u0161obn\u00fa r\u00fdchlos\u0165 po meran\u00ed modulu pru\u017enosti v ohybe. Sk\u00fa\u0161ka\nA bola pou\u017eit\u00e1 s GFRP, ktor\u00fd m\u00e1 mal\u00e9 maxim\u00e1lne\na sk\u00fa\u0161obn\u00e1 met\u00f3da B bola pou\u017eit\u00e1 s PC a PVC\nktor\u00e9 maj\u00fa ve\u013ek\u00fa maxim\u00e1lnu ohybov\u00fa deform\u00e1ciu, a sk\u00fa\u0161obn\u00e1 met\u00f3da\nr\u00fdchlosti bol nastaven\u00fd na 0,3 % ohybovej deform\u00e1cie.\nOkrem toho, ke\u010f\u017ee podiel vonkaj\u0161ej sily\npripadaj\u00faceho na \u0161mykov\u00fa silu, sa zvy\u0161uje, ke\u010f sa rozp\u00e4tie\nmedzi podperami je mal\u00e9*1, normy odpor\u00fa\u010daj\u00fa\nrozp\u00e4tie medzi podperami vzorky je 16 \u00b1 1 n\u00e1sobok priemernej hodnoty\nhr\u00fabky vzorky.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-413e636 e-grid Tabu\u013eka 4 ukazuje\nv\u00fdsledky z\u00edskan\u00e9 pre pevnos\u0165 v ohybe a pevnos\u0165 v ohybe\nmodulu pru\u017enosti pre ka\u017ed\u00fd materi\u00e1l.\nV tabu\u013eke 5 je uveden\u00e9 porovnanie modulu pru\u017enosti v ohybe\npru\u017enosti vypo\u010d\u00edtan\u00e9ho na z\u00e1klade posunu prie\u010dnej hlavy,\nkorekcie zhody a merania priehybu\nsyst\u00e9mu.
