Typick\u00fdmi vlastnos\u0165ami materi\u00e1lu s\u00fa pevnos\u0165 v \u0165ahu a modul pru\u017enosti, ktor\u00e9 sa vyhodnocuj\u00fa sk\u00fa\u0161kou v \u0165ahu. Tak\u00e9to sk\u00fa\u0161ky sa musia vykon\u00e1va\u0165 pod\u013ea smern\u00edc predpisov (vn\u00fatro\u0161t\u00e1tnych alebo medzin\u00e1rodn\u00fdch), aby sa zaru\u010dila vysok\u00e1 opakovate\u013enos\u0165 a spo\u013eahlivos\u0165 meran\u00ed.<\/p><p>Pri \u0165ahov\u00fdch sk\u00fa\u0161kach na kontrolu kvality sa mus\u00ed ka\u017ed\u00fd de\u0148 opakova\u0165 mno\u017estvo sk\u00fa\u0161ok a skr\u00e1tenie \u010dasu sk\u00fa\u0161ok je k\u013e\u00fa\u010dom k optimaliz\u00e1cii kontroln\u00e9ho procesu. Medzi \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 met\u00f3dy na skr\u00e1tenie \u010dasu sk\u00fa\u0161ok patr\u00ed pou\u017eitie extenzometrov, ktor\u00e9 dok\u00e1\u017eu automaticky nastavi\u0165 polohu ramena a uchopi\u0165 vzorku, ako napr\u00edklad SIE-560SA. V tejto pr\u00e1ci sa na testovanie 3 druhov plastov\u00fdch materi\u00e1lov (PVC, PP, PC) pod\u013ea normy ISO 527 (JIS K 7161) pou\u017eil presn\u00fd univerz\u00e1lny testovac\u00ed stroj AGX-10kNVD a automatick\u00fd extenzometer SIE- 560SA.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-efdf405 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"efdf405\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><strong>Testovacia met\u00f3da<\/strong><\/h2><p>Sk\u00fa\u0161ky sa vykonali pod\u013ea smern\u00edc normy ISO 527 (JIS K 7161). Tvar a ve\u013ekos\u0165 vzoriek s\u00fa zn\u00e1zornen\u00e9 na obr. 1. R\u00fdchlos\u0165 sk\u00fa\u0161ok bola nastaven\u00e1 na 1 mm\/min pri deform\u00e1cii ni\u017e\u0161ej ako 0,3% a 50 mm\/min, ke\u010f deform\u00e1cia dosiahla hodnotu 0,3%. Interval deform\u00e1cie na v\u00fdpo\u010det modulu pru\u017enosti <em>E <\/em>bola 0,05% ~ 0,25% (obr. 2).<\/p><p>Pevnos\u0165 v \u0165ahu Om je definovan\u00e1 ako najvy\u0161\u0161ie nap\u00e4tie zaznamenan\u00e9 po\u010das sk\u00fa\u0161ky. Hlavn\u00e9 vlastnosti SIE-560SA s\u00fa uveden\u00e9 ni\u017e\u0161ie<\/p><ul><li>Automatick\u00e9 nastavenie polohy a zatv\u00e1ranie\/odstr\u00e1nenie ramien.<\/li><li>Meranie deform\u00e1cie do prasknutia vzorky.<\/li><li>Presnos\u0165 merania deform\u00e1cie vhodn\u00e1 pre sk\u00fa\u0161ky pod\u013ea normy ISO 527 (JIS K 7161) (vy\u0161\u0161ia hodnota medzi \u00b11 \u03bcm alebo 0,5% meranej \u0161kvrny).<\/li><\/ul><p>Pri tomto teste sa pou\u017eili pneumatick\u00e9 ploch\u00e9 rukov\u00e4te so silou 5 kN. Otv\u00e1ranie\/zatv\u00e1ranie t\u00fdchto ch\u00e1padiel je poh\u00e1\u0148an\u00e9 vzduchom a v\u00fdrazne u\u013eah\u010duje nastavenie vzorky, \u010do \u010falej prispieva k skr\u00e1teniu \u010dasu sk\u00fa\u0161ky. Ka\u017ed\u00fd materi\u00e1l vykazoval jasn\u00fd bod klzu, a preto sa pevnos\u0165 v \u0165ahu \u03c3m vyhodnotila ako medza klzu \u03c3y. Zis\u0165ovanie medze klzu sa vykon\u00e1va automaticky pomocou softv\u00e9ru TRAPEZIUMX-V.
