Pentru acest test, au fost utilizate un tester universal de precizie AGS-X \u0219i o prindere plat\u0103 de tip \u0219urub. Tabelul 2 prezint\u0103 condi\u021biile de testare. Fig. 1 prezint\u0103 o diagram\u0103 schematic\u0103 a epruvetei pentru testul de rupere trapezoidal\u0103. E\u0219antioanele pentru ASTM D4533 au fost preg\u0103tite prin t\u0103ierea unui e\u0219antion de aproximativ 76 mm \u00d7 200 mm, apoi marcarea unui \u0219ablon trapezoidal isoscel, a\u0219a cum se arat\u0103 prin liniile punctate din Fig. 1(a), apoi realizarea unei fante de 15 mm pe partea scurt\u0103 a trapezoidului marcat anterior pe e\u0219antion. E\u0219antionul a fost prins astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t latura lung\u0103 a fe\u021bei de prindere \u0219i laturile laterale ale trapezoidului s\u0103 coincid\u0103. \u00cen plus, a fost introdus ca \u0219ablon op\u021bional un specimen hexagonal, astfel cum este prezentat \u00een figura 1 (b). Prin prinderea \u00een paralel a laturii indicate de s\u0103geata ro\u0219ie \u0219i a fe\u021bei de prindere, testul poate fi efectuat f\u0103r\u0103 a marca epruveta cu un trapez isoscel. \u00cen acest caz, a fost evaluat\u0103 rezisten\u021ba a patru tipuri de epruvete \u00een direc\u021biile urzeal\u0103 \u0219i b\u0103t\u0103tur\u0103. Fig. 2 prezint\u0103 o fotografie a testului. De\u0219i ASTM D4533 impune utilizarea de fe\u021be de prindere cu o l\u0103\u021bime de cel pu\u021bin 76,2 mm \u0219i o lungime de 50,8 mm, acest test a fost efectuat cu fe\u021be de prindere cu o l\u0103\u021bime de 150 mm \u0219i o lungime de 20 mm. Fig. 3 prezint\u0103 rezultatele testului. Testul a putut fi efectuat f\u0103r\u0103 probleme, \u00eempiedic\u00e2nd alunecarea oric\u0103rui specimen. Tabelul 3 rezum\u0103 rezultatele testelor. Rezultatele au ar\u0103tat o diferen\u021b\u0103 mare de rezisten\u021b\u0103 la rupere \u00eentre direc\u021biile urzeal\u0103 \u0219i \u021bes\u0103tur\u0103 pentru probele (1) \u0219i (3), dar a fost mic\u0103 pentru probele (2) \u0219i (4).<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Concluzie<\/strong><br \/>Un instrument universal de testare de tip mas\u0103 a fost utilizat pentru a efectua un test de rupere a \u021bes\u0103turii (metoda trapezoidal\u0103) \u00een conformitate cu ASTM D4533. Acest sistem de testare Shimadzu poate fi utilizat pentru a evalua rezisten\u021ba \u021bes\u0103turilor...<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
