Pentru a \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bi performan\u021ba bateriilor, materialele \u0219i metodele de procesare sunt dezvoltate \u00een mod activ, iar m\u0103surarea rezisten\u021bei este una dintre metodele esen\u021biale de evaluare. Aceast\u0103 \u0219tire despre aplica\u021bii se concentreaz\u0103 pe rezisten\u021ba la aderen\u021b\u0103 a foilor de electrod utilizate ca electrozi pentru baterii. Fig. 1 prezint\u0103 structura unei foi de electrod. O foaie de electrod const\u0103 dintr-un material de electrod care ader\u0103 la un colector de curent, prin care se deplaseaz\u0103 electronii. Materialul electrodului este compus dintr-un material activ catodic, cum ar fi fosfatul de fier \u0219i litiu, \u0219i un material izolant cunoscut sub numele de liant. Atunci c\u00e2nd aderen\u021ba dintre materialul electrodului \u0219i colectorul de curent este slab\u0103, materialul electrodului se poate desprinde de colectorul de curent, \u00eempiedic\u00e2nd deplasarea electronilor \u00een foaia electrodului \u0219i cresc\u00e2nd rezisten\u021ba electric\u0103. Prin urmare, evaluarea rezisten\u021bei aderen\u021bei este important\u0103 pentru \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea performan\u021bei bateriei. \u00cen aceast\u0103 aplica\u021bie, sunt descrise echipamentul de testare, condi\u021biile de testare \u0219i rezultatele testului de exfoliere pentru materialele catodice ale bateriilor. aparatul de testare, iar Fig. 3 prezint\u0103 structura epruvetei. Testele au fost efectuate cu ajutorul unei ma\u0219ini de testare universal\u0103 de precizie AGS -V, cu m\u00e2nere plate de tip \u0219urub de 1 kN \u0219i cu un dispozitiv de testare a desprinderii foliei de cupru montat pe aceasta. Epruvetele au constat din pl\u0103ci metalice dreptunghiulare acoperite cu band\u0103 adeziv\u0103 fa\u021b\u0103-verso, care au fost apoi acoperite cu materiale active catodice. E\u0219antioanele au fost a\u0219ezate \u00een dispozitivul de testare pentru desprinderea foliei de cupru, iar folia de aluminiu a fost prins\u0103 de m\u00e2nerul plat de tip \u0219urub. Folia a fost \u00eendep\u0103rtat\u0103 \u00eentotdeauna \u00eentr-o direc\u021bie de 90\u00b0 \u00een raport cu epruveta, asigur\u00e2ndu-se c\u0103 centrul sarcinii coincide cu centrul AGS-V.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6340d5b e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"6340d5b\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-50ceba6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"50ceba6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Condi\u021bii de testare<\/strong><br \/>Tabelul 2 prezint\u0103 condi\u021biile de testare. \u00cen acest test, for\u021ba \u0219i valoarea sa<br \/>a fost evaluat\u0103 dependen\u021ba de temperatur\u0103. Curba punctat\u0103 este la temperatura camerei, curba punctat\u0103 este la 50 \u00b0C, iar curba real\u0103 este la 70 \u00b0C. Testele au fost efectuate de trei ori la fiecare temperatur\u0103, \u00een timp ce curba prezentat\u0103 reprezint\u0103 un specimen reprezentativ din cele trei. Valorile medii ale for\u021bei de aderen\u021b\u0103 sunt prezentate \u00een tabelul 3. For\u021bele de aderen\u021b\u0103 au fost calculate din for\u021ba medie \u00eentre 20 mm \u0219i 80 mm de deplasare. Aceste rezultate arat\u0103 c\u0103, atunci c\u00e2nd temperatura cre\u0219te, for\u021ba de aderen\u021b\u0103 devine mai mare.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div
