sec\u021biunea microscopului \u0219i o diagram\u0103 schematic\u0103 a sec\u021biunii microscopului sunt prezentate \u00een Fig. 2, 3 \u0219i, respectiv, 4. Fig. 3 este o vedere m\u0103rit\u0103 a zonei cu ram\u0103 alb\u0103 din Fig. 2. O celul\u0103 de sticl\u0103 con\u021bin\u00e2nd substratul \u0219i ap\u0103 degazat\u0103 a fost plasat\u0103 \u00een microscop. Laserul a fost focalizat din partea din spate a substratului de sticl\u0103 pentru a genera bule. Bulele generate au fost observate cu ajutorul HPV-X3 de la o directiv\u0103 orizontal\u0103 \u00een raport cu suprafa\u021ba substratului. Procesul de la generarea bulelor la<br \/>dispari\u021bia este prezentat\u0103 \u00een Fig. 5. Dup\u0103 cum se observ\u0103 \u00een Fig. 5(14) \u0219i (15), comportamentul bulelor chiar \u00eenainte de dispari\u021bie nu poate fi capturat \u00een detaliu la 1 Mfps. Apoi, viteza de captare a imaginii a fost modificat\u0103 la 20 Mfps. Rezultatele sunt prezentate \u00een Fig. 6. Forma v\u00e2rfului bulei \u00een timpul procesului de contrac\u021bie apare \u00een form\u0103 de arc \u00een Fig. 5 \u0219i 6(1) \u0219i (2).
