Deoarece pot fi folosi\u021bi pe aproape orice material, ace\u0219tia pot \u00eembina materiale diferite. De asemenea, au avantajul de a nu modifica propriet\u0103\u021bile sau forma materialelor la care ader\u0103. Specimenul de testare este prezentat \u00een Fig. 1. Informa\u021biile despre proba de testare sunt prezentate \u00een Tabelul 1, iar condi\u021biile de \u00eent\u0103rire ale fiec\u0103rui adeziv sunt prezentate \u00een Tabelul 2. Ca material de \u00eembinare a fost utilizat o\u021belul inoxidabil SUS 304. Testele au fost efectuate cu ajutorul sistemului de testare dinamic\u0103 \u0219i la oboseal\u0103 de mas\u0103 Servopulser EHF-L. Configura\u021bia echipamentului de testare este prezentat\u0103 \u00een Tabelul 3, iar configura\u021bia de testare este prezentat\u0103 \u00een Fig. static\u0103<\/span><\/h2><p>Pentru a stabili condi\u021biile testelor de oboseal\u0103, au fost efectuate teste de forfecare static\u0103. Condi\u021biile \u00eencerc\u0103rii de forfecare static\u0103 sunt prezentate \u00een tabelul 4. Amplitudinea tensiunii \u00een raport cu aceast\u0103 valoare medie a tensiunii este stabilit\u0103 ca fiind condi\u021bia de \u00eencercare la oboseal\u0103. \u00cen acest caz, s-a stabilit ca amplitudine a solicit\u0103rii o tensiune de forfecare de 5 p\u00e2n\u0103 la 30 % din rezisten\u021ba static\u0103 la forfecare. Este o cerin\u021b\u0103 ca \u00eencerc\u0103rile s\u0103 fie efectuate la frecven\u021ba de \u00eencercare de 30 Hz, cu excep\u021bia cazului \u00een care se prevede altfel. Condi\u021biile de \u00eencercare la oboseal\u0103 sunt rezumate \u00een tabelul 6.<\/span><\/p><p>Cu probele de testare TB1160 \u0219i TB3953, s-au produs varia\u021bii mari ale oboselii \u00een condi\u021biile amplitudinii de solicitare. Fig. 4 prezint\u0103 rezultatele testelor de oboseal\u0103 pentru TB1160 \u0219i TB3953 sub amplitudini de solicitare de 22,5 \u0219i, respectiv, 25 %. De asemenea, sunt prezentate fotografii ale suprafe\u021belor de cedare pentru rezultatele testelor corespunz\u0103toare. Pentru TB1160, atunci c\u00e2nd num\u0103rul de cicluri p\u00e2n\u0103 la cedare a fost sc\u0103zut, a avut loc cedarea interfacial\u0103 \u0219i cedarea coeziunii, dup\u0103 cum se arat\u0103 \u00een fotografiile [1] \u0219i [2]. Cu toate acestea, atunci c\u00e2nd num\u0103rul de cicluri p\u00e2n\u0103 la cedare a fost mare, a avut loc numai cedarea coeziunii, dup\u0103 cum se arat\u0103 \u00een fotografia [3]. \u00cen general, atunci c\u00e2nd are loc defectarea interfacial\u0103, defectarea prin oboseal\u0103 are loc mai devreme dec\u00e2t durata real\u0103 de via\u021b\u0103 la oboseal\u0103 a adezivului. Prin urmare, pentru a evalua durata de via\u021b\u0103 la oboseal\u0103 pur\u0103 a unui adeziv, este de dorit s\u0103 se ob\u021bin\u0103 o cedare coeziv\u0103. Cu toate acestea, apari\u021bia defec\u021biunii interfaciale depinde de starea suprafe\u021bei obiectului pe care ader\u0103 adezivul, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t obiectul respectiv a fost inclus \u00een aceast\u0103 evaluare. \u00cen aceste rezultate ale testelor, au existat multe cazuri de cedare interfacial\u0103 \u0219i de cedare coeziv\u0103, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t rezultatele testelor sunt rezumate \u00een func\u021bie de modul de cedare. Cu TB3953, e\u0219ecurile au fost toate e\u0219ecuri interfaciale \u0219i e\u0219ecuri de coeziune. Dar cu c\u00e2t num\u0103rul de cicluri p\u00e2n\u0103 la cedare a fost mai mare, cu at\u00e2t adezivul a fost \u00eempr\u0103\u0219tiat mai sub\u021bire pe \u00eentreaga suprafa\u021b\u0103 de cedare. Cu TB3953, cele trei puncte centrale au fost rezumate ca rezultate ale testului.
