Cauciucul sintetic\nreprezint\u0103 \u00een prezent majoritatea materialelor din cauciuc.\nDeoarece s-a dezvoltat o gam\u0103 variat\u0103 de produse unice din cauciuc sintetic\npotrivite pentru aplica\u021bii specifice,\nevaluarea propriet\u0103\u021bilor mecanice ale acestor materiale este\nextrem de important\u0103.\nCaracteristicile de fluaj pot fi men\u021bionate ca o\nproprietate care necesit\u0103 evaluare. Creep-ul este un fenomen \u00een\n\u00een care deformarea unui material progreseaz\u0103 treptat atunci c\u00e2nd\no sarcin\u0103 constant\u0103 este aplicat\u0103 continuu pentru o perioad\u0103 \u00eendelungat\u0103 de timp,\n\u0219i este o cauz\u0103 de func\u021bionare defectuoas\u0103 sau de defectare a produselor industriale\nproduse industriale utilizate pe termen lung \u00een unele cazuri. Astfel, pentru a\na estima durata de via\u021b\u0103 util\u0103 a unui material din cauciuc pe baza\naplica\u021biei prev\u0103zute sau pentru a selecta un material adecvat scopului, este necesar\u0103 o\n\u00een\u021belegere a caracteristicilor de fluaj ale materialelor din cauciuc\neste necesar\u0103 \u00een etapa de proiectare a dezvolt\u0103rii.\nAcest articol prezint\u0103 un exemplu de evaluare a caracteristicilor de fluaj\nprin \u00eencercarea la trac\u021biune a cauciucului cloropren, care\nare o rezisten\u021b\u0103 excelent\u0103 la intemperii, la ulei \u0219i la c\u0103ldur\u0103\nrezisten\u021b\u0103 la c\u0103ldur\u0103 \u0219i este utilizat pe scar\u0103 larg\u0103 ca un\ncauciuc sintetic.\nAcest test a fost efectuat \u00een conformitate cu JIS K 6273, ISO 2285\n(Cauciuc vulcanizat sau termoplastic - Determinarea\ntensiune, alungire \u0219i fluaj) folosind un aparat Shimadzu\nAutograph AGX\u2122-V Model Precision Universal Testing\nPrecision Machine. 1, utiliz\u00e2nd software-ul de control TRAPEZIUMX-V \u00een\ncondi\u021biile de \u00eencercare din tabelul 3.
