Procedura este utilizat\u0103: a) pentru a clasifica amestecurile bituminoase pe baza rezisten\u021bei la oboseal\u0103; b) ca ghid pentru performan\u021ba relativ\u0103 \u00een pavaj; c) pentru a ob\u021bine date pentru estimarea comportamentului structural al drumului; \u0219i d) pentru a judeca datele testelor conform specifica\u021biilor pentru amestecurile bituminoase.\nDeoarece acest standard european nu impune un anumit tip de dispozitiv de testare, alegerea precis\u0103 a condi\u021biilor de testare depinde de posibilit\u0103\u021bile \u0219i domeniul de lucru al dispozitivului utilizat. SCA_300_065)<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><ol><li>bazat pe principiul testului de \u00eencovoiere \u00een 4 puncte,<\/li><li>proba de \u00eencercare: grinzi de 450 mm lungime, 50 mm x 50 mm sau 70 mm x 70 mm,<\/li><li>Unda sinusoidal\u0103 de deformare controlat\u0103 de LVDT, deformarea maxim\u0103 la \u00eencovoiere trebuie aleas\u0103 \u00een trei niveluri diferite, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t durata de via\u021b\u0103 la oboseal\u0103 s\u0103 fie \u00eentre 1E4 \u0219i 2E6 cicluri. Frecven\u021ba de testare 30 Hz.<\/li><li>Defini\u021bia duratei de via\u021b\u0103: atunci c\u00e2nd valorile de v\u00e2rf ale sarcinii devin jum\u0103tate din valorile de la primul ciclu capturat \u00een modul de \u00eenc\u0103rcare cu \"deformare constant\u0103\".<\/li><\/ol><p>\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9b05cef e-grid e-con-full e-con e-child\" data-id=\"9b05cef\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f7fdb6e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f7fdb6e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>Condi\u021bii de testare<\/h2><ol><li>Standardul EN face distinc\u021bie \u00eentre dou\u0103<br \/>moduri de \u00eenc\u0103rcare posibile: \"deformare constant\u0103\"<br \/>\u0219i \"for\u021b\u0103 constant\u0103\". Aceast\u0103 metod\u0103 este conceput\u0103 pentru<br \/>modul de \u00eenc\u0103rcare cu \"deformare constant\u0103\".<br \/>2. Amplitudinea maxim\u0103 pentru deforma\u021bia de \u00eencovoiere a<br \/>105,19 \u00b5m, valoare medie 0 \u00b5m. Deflec\u021bia este<br \/>controlat de senzorul LVDT \u00eencorporat \u00een instrumentul 4PB.<br \/>3. Se aplic\u0103 unda de \u00eenc\u0103rcare sinusoidal\u0103 de 30 Hz.<br \/>4. Testele sunt efectuate la 20 \u00baC.<br \/>5. For\u021ba, cursa \u0219i deformarea 4PB sunt e\u0219antionate<br \/>\u00een 1000 de cicluri, de la ciclul 100 la 2.000.000.<br \/>6. Valorile caracteristicilor dinamice sunt automat<br \/>calculate de software-ul 4830 \u0219i automat<br \/>exportate \u00een format CSV.<br \/>7. Standardul permite oprirea testului atunci c\u00e2nd for\u021ba<br \/>scade la jum\u0103tate din amplitudinea ini\u021bial\u0103. continuu, dup\u0103 cum se arat\u0103 \u00een figura 5.\n\u00cencercarea poate fi \u00eencheiat\u0103 atunci c\u00e2nd modulul complex\nmodul complex ajunge la 50% din valoarea sa ini\u021bial\u0103.\n\u00cen general, trei faze pot fi determinate pe\ngrafic (figurile 5 \u0219i 7).
