Acesta este utilizat \u00een aeronave \u0219i \u00een unele echipamente de transport pentru a reduce costurile de combustibil prin reducerea greut\u0103\u021bii. De\u0219i are unele caracteristici mecanice excelente ca material compozit, atunci c\u00e2nd apare o deteriorare \u00een plan, prezint\u0103 un comportament de rupere fragil, fractura propag\u00e2ndu-se instantaneu din punctul de deteriorare. \u00cen consecin\u021b\u0103, dezvoltarea CFRP implic\u0103 nu numai testarea materialelor, ci \u0219i observarea ruperii materialelor pentru a verifica localizarea fracturilor \u00een punctele slabe. \u00cen plus, defectarea materialelor este observat\u0103 pentru a evalua recent validitatea ingineriei asistate de calculator (CAE). Dup\u0103 cum s-a men\u021bionat mai sus, un eveniment de fractur\u0103 CFRP are loc extrem de rapid \u0219i nu poate fi observat cu ochiul liber, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t se utilizeaz\u0103 o camer\u0103 video de mare vitez\u0103. Shimadzu a publicat \u00een trecut o \u0219tire de aplica\u021bie pe aceast\u0103 tem\u0103 (nr. V017 Observing the Failure of CFRP Materials in High-Speed Tensile Tests). Testarea la trac\u021biune de mare vitez\u0103 implic\u0103 un timp de testare instantaneu. \u00cen acest scop, se utilizeaz\u0103 un stroboscop capabil s\u0103 emit\u0103 instantaneu o lumin\u0103 foarte intens\u0103 pentru a ob\u021bine o vitez\u0103 de captare a imaginilor de peste 1 milion de cadre\/secund\u0103. \u00centre timp, testarea static\u0103 implic\u0103 timpi de testare mai lungi cu o lamp\u0103 cu halogenuri metalice utilizat\u0103 ca surs\u0103 de lumin\u0103 pentru iluminarea continu\u0103 (o surs\u0103 de lumin\u0103 relativ slab\u0103 \u00een compara\u021bie cu un stroboscop), care nu poate produce suficient\u0103 lumin\u0103 pentru a capta imagini la mai mult de 500 de mii de cadre\/secund\u0103. Camera HPV-X2 nou dezvoltat\u0103 este de 6 ori mai sensibil\u0103 dec\u00e2t camera HPV-X anterioar\u0103, ceea ce \u00eei permite s\u0103 capteze peste 1 milion de cadre\/secund\u0103 folosind chiar \u0219i o lamp\u0103 cu halogenuri metalice ca surs\u0103 de lumin\u0103. \u00cen acest articol, demonstr\u0103m observarea ced\u0103rii CFRP unidirec\u021bionale \u00een cadrul testelor statice.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6728194 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6728194\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><strong>M\u0103surarea <br \/><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u00cen experimente au fost utilizate ma\u0219ina de testare universal\u0103 de precizie AG-Xplus \u0219i camera video de mare vitez\u0103 HPV-X2. Echipamentul utilizat este prezentat \u00een tabelul 1. Observarea ced\u0103rii materialului \u00een timpul \u00eencerc\u0103rii la trac\u021biune necesit\u0103 un semnal care s\u0103 declan\u0219eze camera video de mare vitez\u0103 \u00een acela\u0219i timp cu cedarea materialului. Deoarece fisurile se propag\u0103 \u00een direc\u021bia fibrelor unidirec\u021bionale atunci c\u00e2nd se produce o defec\u021biune \u00een CFRP unidirec\u021bional, am ata\u0219at folia de aluminiu perpendicular pe direc\u021bia fibrelor cu adeziv. O prob\u0103 cu folia de aluminiu ata\u0219at\u0103 este prezentat\u0103 \u00een Fig. 1. O \u00eentrerupere a conduc\u021biei prin folia de aluminiu cauzat\u0103 de o ruptur\u0103 a epruvetei declan\u0219eaz\u0103 observarea evenimentului de rupere. Cedarea CFRP unidirec\u021bional este prezentat\u0103 \u00een Fig. 4.\nFisurile longitudinale pot fi observate pe partea st\u00e2ng\u0103 a\nspecimenului \u00een imaginea (2) din Fig. 4. \u00cen imaginea (3), aceste\nfisuri s-au propagat p\u00e2n\u0103 la fila superioar\u0103.\nFisurile longitudinale pot fi observate \u0219i pe partea dreapt\u0103\na probei din imaginea (3). Imaginea (6) este o vedere ulterioar\u0103 a\nproba \u00een timp ce se sparge. Utilizarea HPV-X2\npermite observarea ruperii CFRP \u00een timpul testelor statice\ntrac\u021biune static\u0103, ceea ce este util pentru dezvoltarea viitoare a CFRP\nviitoare.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f968102 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f968102\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><strong>Rezultate <br \/><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u00cen Fig. 2 \u0219i Fig. 3 este prezentat\u0103 o vedere a testului. Dup\u0103 cum se arat\u0103 \u00een Fig. 3, folia de aluminiu este, de asemenea, ata\u0219at\u0103 la dispozitivele din jurul specimenului pentru a focaliza lumina pe specimen.
