Pentru a evalua aceste materiale, trebuie efectuate o serie de teste, de la teste de trac\u021biune la teste de flexiune \u0219i teste de compresie. Dintre acestea, un test de flexiune este efectuat pentru a examina caracteristicile materialului atunci c\u00e2nd este flexat de o for\u021b\u0103 extern\u0103. S-a efectuat un test de \u00eencovoiere \u00een trei puncte pe probe de PC, PVC \u0219i GFRP, \u00een conformitate cu standardele modificate, \u00een care modulul de elasticitate la \u00eencovoiere al fiec\u0103rui plastic a fost calculat folosind deplasarea transversal\u0103, corec\u021bia de conformitate \u0219i instrumentul de m\u0103surare a deform\u0103rii.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-efdf405 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"efdf405\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><strong>Sistemul de m\u0103surare<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>M\u0103sur\u0103torile au fost efectuate cu ajutorul unui instrument de testare universal de mas\u0103 AGS-X\nde testare universal\u0103 de tip tabelar \u0219i sistemul de m\u0103surare a deform\u0103rii\ncu o precizie de m\u0103surare de\n3,4 \u03bcm. Cerin\u021bele standardelor modificate atunci c\u00e2nd\ngrosimea medie a epruvetei este de 4 mm sunt prezentate \u00een Fig. 1. Flexiunea\npe axa orizontal\u0103 a fost calculat\u0103 pe baza rezultatelor\nm\u0103surate cu ajutorul sistemului de m\u0103surare a deform\u0103rii. Curba\ncurb\u0103 arat\u0103 o sc\u0103dere brusc\u0103 a tensiunii de flexiune cu GFRP,\ndar nicio sc\u0103dere brusc\u0103 a tensiunii de flexiune \u00een cazul PC \u0219i PVC\ndeoarece aceste specimene nu s-au rupt brusc. Tabelul 4 prezint\u0103\nrezultatele ob\u021binute pentru rezisten\u021ba la flexiune \u0219i flexiunea\nmodulul de elasticitate la flexiune pentru fiecare material.\nTabelul 5 prezint\u0103 o compara\u021bie a modulului de elasticitate la flexiune\nelasticitate calculat pe baza deplas\u0103rii transversale,\ncorec\u021bia de conformitate \u0219i sistemul de m\u0103surare a deform\u0103rii\nde deformare. Rezultatele\nau ar\u0103tat c\u0103 modulul de elasticitate la flexiune al\nmaterialului \u00een ordinea m\u0103sur\u0103torilor cu deplasarea crucii\ndeplasarea, corec\u021bia conformit\u0103\u021bii, m\u0103surarea deflec\u021biei\nsistem. \u00cen plus, rezultatele au ar\u0103tat c\u0103 aceast\u0103\ndiferen\u021b\u0103 devine mai mare pentru probele cu un mai mare\nmodul de elasticitate la flexiune mai mare.
