Elementele evaluate ca caracteristici de trac\u021biune ale materialelor plastice includ modulul de trac\u021biune, rezisten\u021ba \u0219i tensiunea de rupere. \u00cen aceast\u0103 fi\u0219\u0103 tehnic\u0103, modulul de trac\u021biune al probelor de polipropilen\u0103 (PP) \u0219i clorur\u0103 de polivinil (PVC) (tipuri \u00een form\u0103 de halter\u0103 \u0219i t\u0103iate) a fost calculat pe baza datelor de deplasare ob\u021binute cu ajutorul unui extensometru la o temperatur\u0103 sc\u0103zut\u0103 de -40 \u00b0C. \u00cen plus, au fost evaluate, de asemenea, rezisten\u021ba \u0219i tensiunea de rupere pentru materialele plastice respective.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-efdf405 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"efdf405\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><strong>M\u0103sur\u0103tori \u0219i jiguri<\/strong><\/h2><p>Pentru a determina modulul de trac\u021biune al unei probe, este necesar s\u0103 se utilizeze un extensometru capabil s\u0103 m\u0103soare micile deform\u0103ri ale probei cu o precizie ridicat\u0103. M\u0103sur\u0103torile distan\u021belor de deplasare a transversalei includ erori provenite nu numai din deformarea probei, ci \u0219i din deformarea celulei de sarcin\u0103 \u0219i a dispozitivului de testare. Atunci c\u00e2nd regiunea de deformare este foarte mic\u0103, raportul erorilor devine semnificativ, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t aceste date nu sunt adecvate pentru calcularea modulului de trac\u021biune. \u00cen astfel de cazuri, trebuie utilizat un extensometru care poate m\u0103sura modific\u0103rile lungimii de m\u0103surare cu o precizie de cel pu\u021bin 1 %. La m\u0103surarea modulului de elasticitate cu o lungime de m\u0103surare de 50 mm, aceasta corespunde unei precizii de 1 m. \u00cen acest test, a fost utilizat un extensometru de tip contact cu o singur\u0103 atingere, capabil s\u0103 func\u021bioneze chiar \u0219i \u00eentr-un mediu la -40 \u00b0C.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element fost m\u0103surate la -40 \u00b0C. \u00cen toate cazurile, m\u0103surarea a fost efectuat\u0103 la o vitez\u0103 de testare de 1 mm\/min p\u00e2n\u0103 la 2 %, iar apoi la o vitez\u0103 de testare de 50 mm\/min. \u00cen cazul m\u0103sur\u0103torilor la temperatura camerei, domeniul de m\u0103surare al extensometrului a fost dep\u0103\u0219it, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t extensometrul a fost
