Deoarece controlul calit\u0103\u021bii este esen\u021bial pentru produsele medicale regenerative, Agen\u021bia pentru produse farmaceutice \u0219i dispozitive medicale (PMDA) a emis diverse materiale[1][2]\n\nSistem de testare EZ-LX\nCelul\u0103 de \u00eenc\u0103rcare 10 N\nDispozitiv de testare Dispozitiv de testare la trac\u021biune pentru epiderm\u0103 cultivat\u0103\n\nTabelul 2 Informa\u021bii despre specimen\n\nDimensiuni 50 mm \u00d7 100 mm\n\ncare efectueaz\u0103 evalu\u0103ri. Fig. 1 prezint\u0103 un\nspecimen de epiderm\u0103 cultivat\u0103. Testele au fost efectuate\nfolosind membrana de lapte care imita epiderma cultivat\u0103\n(specimen fictiv) \u0219i dou\u0103 tipuri de epiderm\u0103 cultivat\u0103 pentru cercetare\n(A \u0219i B)*2 cu fermitate diferit\u0103\nob\u021binut\u0103 prin aceea\u0219i metod\u0103 ca cea utilizat\u0103 pentru epiderma autolog\u0103\nJACE\u00ae de epiderm\u0103 de cultur\u0103 autolog\u0103. Grosimea specimenelor de epiderm\u0103 cultivat\u0103\nepidermei cultivate a fost mai mic\u0103 de 100 \u03bcm, iar structura specimenelor\nstructura specimenelor a constat \u00een c\u00e2teva straturi de\ncelule epidermice. Specimenele au fost flexibile \u0219i men\u021binute umede\nprin \u00eenmuiere \u00een solu\u021bie conservant\u0103. Tabelul 4\nindic\u0103 sarcina maxim\u0103 aplicat\u0103 fiec\u0103rui material \u0219i\npanta por\u021biunii liniare a curbelor.
