Rezisten\u021ba la trac\u021biune a metodei benzii este propor\u021bional\u0103 cu l\u0103\u021bimea \u021bes\u0103turii \u0219i cu num\u0103rul de fire fixate de prindere, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t este adecvat\u0103 pentru a lua \u00een considerare rezisten\u021ba firului constitutiv.1)<\/p><p>Acest articol prezint\u0103 un exemplu de testare la trac\u021biune a \u021bes\u0103turilor \u00een conformitate cu metoda ISO 13934 -1.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2daabf1 e-grid e-con-full e-con e-child\" data-id=\"2daabf1\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-25dc8b7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"25dc8b7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><strong>Sistemul de m\u0103surare<\/strong><\/h2>\nTabelul 1 prezint\u0103 configura\u021bia testului. Pentru acest test, au fost utilizate un tester universal de precizie AGS-X \u0219i o prindere plat\u0103 de tip pneumatic. Pentru prindere, ISO 13934-1 recomand\u0103 o fa\u021b\u0103 de prindere neted\u0103 \u0219i plat\u0103. Cu toate acestea, pentru a preveni alunecarea \u0219i ruperea f\u0103lcilor, se poate utiliza o fa\u021b\u0103 de prindere gravat\u0103 sau ondulat\u0103 \u0219i se pot folosi alte materiale auxiliare pentru a \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bi prinderea epruvetei, inclusiv h\u00e2rtie, piele, plastic sau cauciuc. \u00cen plus, \u00een cazul \u00een care ruperea sau alunecarea f\u0103lcilor nu poate fi \u00eempiedicat\u0103 cu un dispozitiv de prindere plat, dispozitivele de prindere cu cabestan au fost adesea considerate adecvate. \u00cen acest test a fost utilizat\u0103 o fa\u021b\u0103 de prindere de tip val (R5).\n\nTabelul 2 prezint\u0103 condi\u021biile de testare. 3 prezint\u0103 rezultatele testelor. ISO 13934-1 prevede urm\u0103toarele criterii pentru a determina dac\u0103 un rezultat al unui test este inclus sau exclus.<\/p><h4>Slippage<\/h4><p>\u00cen cazul \u00een care epruveta alunec\u0103 asimetric sau cu mai mult de 2 mm de-a lungul liniei de str\u00e2ngere, rezultatele testului trebuie excluse.<\/p><h4>Ruperea maxilarului<\/h4><p>O ruptur\u0103 la mai pu\u021bin de 5 mm de linia de prindere a m\u00e2nerelor este o ruptur\u0103 a maxilarului. Dac\u0103 un rezultat al unei rupturi a maxilarului se situeaz\u0103 peste cel mai sc\u0103zut rezultat al unei rupturi \"normale\", acesta poate fi inclus.<\/p><p>Folosind o fa\u021b\u0103 de prindere de tip val (R5), a fost posibil\u0103 efectuarea testului f\u0103r\u0103 ruperea maxilarului.
