Propriet\u0103\u021bile tipice ale materialelor sunt rezisten\u021ba la trac\u021biune \u0219i modulul de elasticitate, ambele evaluate cu ajutorul unui test de trac\u021biune. Aceste \u00eencerc\u0103ri trebuie efectuate \u00een conformitate cu liniile directoare ale reglement\u0103rilor (na\u021bionale sau interna\u021bionale) pentru a garanta o repetabilitate \u0219i o fiabilitate ridicate ale m\u0103sur\u0103torilor.<\/p><p>Atunci c\u00e2nd testele de trac\u021biune sunt efectuate pentru controlul calit\u0103\u021bii, numeroase teste trebuie repetate \u00een fiecare zi, iar reducerea timpului de testare este esen\u021bial\u0103 pentru optimizarea procesului de inspec\u021bie. Metodele eficiente de reducere a timpului de testare includ utilizarea extensometrelor capabile s\u0103 seteze automat pozi\u021bia bra\u021bului \u0219i s\u0103 prind\u0103 epruveta, cum ar fi SIE-560SA. \u00cen aceast\u0103 lucrare, ma\u0219ina de testare universal\u0103 de precizie AGX-10kNVD \u0219i extensometrul automat SIE-560SA au fost utilizate pentru a testa 3 variet\u0103\u021bi de materiale plastice (PVC, PP, PC) \u00een conformitate cu standardul ISO 527 (JIS K 7161).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-efdf405 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"efdf405\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><strong>Metoda de testare<\/strong><\/h2><p>Testele au fost efectuate \u00een conformitate cu liniile directoare ale regulamentului ISO 527 (JIS K 7161). Forma \u0219i dimensiunea epruvetelor sunt prezentate \u00een Fig. 1. Viteza testelor a fost stabilit\u0103 la 1 mm\/min pentru o deforma\u021bie mai mic\u0103 de 0,3% \u0219i la 50 mm\/min atunci c\u00e2nd deforma\u021bia a atins valoarea de 0,3%. Principalele caracteristici ale SIE-560SA sunt enumerate mai jos<\/p><ul><li>Reglarea automat\u0103 a pozi\u021biei \u0219i \u00eenchiderea\/\u00eendep\u0103rtarea bra\u021belor.<\/li><li>M\u0103surarea deforma\u021biei p\u00e2n\u0103 la ruperea epruvetei.<\/li><li>Precizia de m\u0103surare a tensiunii adecvat\u0103 pentru teste \u00een conformitate cu reglement\u0103rile ISO 527 (JIS K 7161) (cea mai mare dintre \u00b11\u03bcm sau 0,5% din pata m\u0103surat\u0103).<\/li><\/ul><p>Pentru acest test, au fost utilizate m\u00e2nere pneumatice plate de 5kN. Deschiderea\/\u00eenchiderea acestor m\u00e2nere este ac\u021bionat\u0103 de aer \u0219i faciliteaz\u0103 \u00een mod drastic configurarea specimenului, contribuind \u00een continuare la reducerea timpului de testare. Fiecare material a prezentat un punct de curgere clar \u0219i, prin urmare, rezisten\u021ba la trac\u021biune \u03c3m a fost evaluat\u0103 ca tensiunea de curgere \u03c3y. Detectarea rezisten\u021bei de curgere se realizeaz\u0103 automat cu ajutorul programului TRAPEZIUMX-V.
