B. in Mobiltelefonen, Notebooks und Elektrofahrzeugen, und die hohe Energiedichte und lange Lebensdauer dieser wichtigen Technologie unterst\u00fctzen unseren Lebensstil. Eine der wichtigsten Fragen bei der Entwicklung dieser Technologie ist die Gew\u00e4hrleistung der Sicherheit von Lithium-Ionen-Batterien. Insbesondere der Separator in der Batterie verhindert Kurzschl\u00fcsse, indem er Kathode und Anode physisch voneinander trennt, und spielt daher eine wichtige Rolle bei der Aufrechterhaltung des normalen Betriebs der Batterie. Wenn der Separator besch\u00e4digt ist, k\u00f6nnen Kathode und Anode in direkten Kontakt kommen und einen Kurzschluss verursachen. Kurzschl\u00fcsse f\u00fchren zu einer schnellen Erhitzung der Batterien, was zu Br\u00e4nden und Explosionen f\u00fchren kann. Da die Besch\u00e4digung des Separators durch verschiedene externe Faktoren wie Dendriten (dendritische Kristalle), mechanische St\u00f6\u00dfe und \u00dcberlastungen verursacht werden kann, ist die Bewertung dieser Faktoren der Schl\u00fcssel zur Verbesserung der Sicherheit. Bei der Durchsto\u00dfpr\u00fcfung, die h\u00e4ufig zur Bewertung der Festigkeit von Abscheidern eingesetzt wird, werden die Haltbarkeit und die Festigkeitseigenschaften quantitativ gemessen, indem eine Last mit konstanter Geschwindigkeit auf einen Abscheider aufgebracht und das Auftreten von Durchsto\u00dfversagen gemessen wird. Die Pr\u00fcfung wurde mit der Pr\u00e4zisions-Universalpr\u00fcfmaschine AGS-V und einer Vorrichtung zum Durchstechen von Kochs\u00e4cken durchgef\u00fchrt. Diese Vorrichtung wird einfach mit Muttern befestigt, so dass die Proben leicht ein- und ausgebaut werden k\u00f6nnen. Die Tests wurden in einer Kammer mit einer k\u00e4figartigen Vorrichtung durchgef\u00fchrt. Bei Pr\u00fcfungen in einer Thermokammer ist die Vorrichtung \u00fcber eine lange Stange verbunden, so dass die M\u00f6glichkeit besteht, dass sich die Vorrichtung aufgrund der Druckbelastung verbiegt. Bei der K\u00e4figvorrichtung handelt es sich um eine Vorrichtung zur Durchf\u00fchrung von Druckversuchen, bei denen die Last aufgebracht wird, wenn die Vorrichtung in Zugrichtung bet\u00e4tigt wird (Abb. 1). Die Druckversuche werden durchgef\u00fchrt, indem der blaue Teil nach oben bewegt wird, w\u00e4hrend der gr\u00fcne Teil fixiert ist. Daher k\u00f6nnen die Tests durchgef\u00fchrt werden, ohne dass es zu einem Ausknicken aufgrund der Belastung kommt. Die Pr\u00fcfbedingungen sind in Tabelle 2 aufgef\u00fchrt. Die Tests wurden an 3 Arten von Abscheidern verschiedener Hersteller unter 3 Temperaturbedingungen durchgef\u00fchrt. Durch das Aufbringen einer Vorlast von 0,1 N und die Einstellung der Position des Hubursprungs konnten die Tests mit guter Reproduzierbarkeit durchgef\u00fchrt werden. Die horizontale Achse gibt den Hub an, die vertikale Achse die Pr\u00fcfkraft; die Kurven mit durchgezogener Linie (rot) gelten f\u00fcr Raumtemperatur, die Kurven mit gestrichelter Linie (blau) f\u00fcr 60 \u00b0C und die Kurven mit gestrichelter Linie (gr\u00fcn) f\u00fcr 90 \u00b0C. Eine Zusammenfassung der Pr\u00fcfergebnisse ist in Abb. 3 dargestellt. Die Festigkeit der Abscheider aller Hersteller nahm bei h\u00f6heren Temperaturen ab. Tabelle 4 zeigt die berechneten Festigkeitswerte bei jeder Temperatur, wobei die Festigkeit bei Raumtemperatur mit 100 % angenommen wird.
