Ihre Qualit\u00e4t h\u00e4ngt jedoch von verschiedenen Faktoren ab, wie dem verwendeten Material, den Formgebungsbedingungen und den Ger\u00e4teeinstellungen. Die Optimierung dieser Faktoren ist nicht einfach. Um Leistungsindikatoren wie Umformgenauigkeit, Oberfl\u00e4chenqualit\u00e4t und Festigkeit zu verbessern, muss eine gro\u00dfe Anzahl von Parametern angepasst werden, so dass traditionelle Methoden, die auf Versuch und Irrtum beruhen, viel Zeit und Kosten erfordern. In den letzten Jahren hat die \"Bayes'sche Optimierung\" als L\u00f6sung Aufmerksamkeit erregt. Dabei handelt es sich um eine statistische Methode, die mit einer begrenzten Anzahl von Versuchen effizient nach optimalen Parametern suchen kann. Sie ist besonders effektiv bei hochdimensionalen, nichtlinearen Problemen. F\u00fcr die Filamente, die als Ausgangsmaterial f\u00fcr die Pr\u00fcfk\u00f6rper dienten, wurde PETG-CF verwendet, das eine ausgezeichnete mechanische Festigkeit und hohe Flexibilit\u00e4t aufweist. Abb. 1 zeigt die Pr\u00e4zisions-Universalpr\u00fcfmaschine AGS-V, Abb. 2 den Pr\u00fcfaufbau und Abb. 3 die Ergebnisse eines Zugversuchs. Dieser Vorgang wurde sechsmal durchgef\u00fchrt, und es wurden insgesamt 30 Bedingungen ausprobiert, so dass das erzielte Ergebnis als optimale L\u00f6sung angesehen wurde. Die Bayes'schen Optimierungsbedingungen sind in Tabelle 2 dargestellt. In diesem Fall wurden die erkl\u00e4renden Variablen auf \"Schichtabstand\", \"Druckgeschwindigkeit\" und \"F\u00fclldichte\" und die Zielvariablen auf \"Maximierung der Zugfestigkeit\" und \"Minimierung der Druckzeit\" gesetzt. Tabelle 3 zeigt die neun Bedingungen und ihre Testergebnisse f\u00fcr die erste Iteration. Die Bayes'sche Optimierungsberechnung wurde mit einem von Mitsui Knowledge Industry Co., Ltd. F\u00fcr die Zugfestigkeit hatte die Probe Nr. 25 (rote Linie) die optimalen Bedingungen, und f\u00fcr die Druckzeit hatte die Probe Nr. 14 (blaue Linie) die optimalen Bedingungen. Abb. 4 ist ein dreidimensionales Diagramm, das die Korrelation zwischen der Zielvariablen Zugfestigkeit und den erkl\u00e4renden Variablen zeigt. Der orangefarbene Teil steht f\u00fcr eine hohe Zugfestigkeit, der blaue Teil f\u00fcr eine niedrige Zugfestigkeit. Es ist zu erkennen, dass die F\u00fclldichte und die Druckgeschwindigkeit einen gr\u00f6\u00dferen Einfluss auf die Festigkeit haben als der Lagenabstand. Eine h\u00f6here F\u00fclldichte und eine langsamere Druckgeschwindigkeit f\u00fchrten tendenziell zu einer h\u00f6heren Festigkeit. Abb. 5 ist ein 3-dimensionales Diagramm, das die Korrelation zwischen der Zielvariablen Druckzeit und den erkl\u00e4renden Variablen zeigt. Der orangefarbene Teil steht f\u00fcr l\u00e4ngere Druckzeiten, der blaue Teil f\u00fcr k\u00fcrzere Druckzeiten.
