Wenn wir im Freien arbeiten, sollten wir Arbeitskleidung tragen, die robust ist und in der wir uns gut bewegen k\u00f6nnen. Je nachdem, welche Werte im Vordergrund stehen, wie z. B. Komfort, Funktionalit\u00e4t und Design, werden unterschiedliche Anforderungen an die Kleidung gestellt, und jeden Tag werden neue Produkte hergestellt. Da es sich bei Kleidung um ein Produkt handelt, muss die Festigkeit bewertet werden, um ein bestimmtes Qualit\u00e4tsniveau zu gew\u00e4hrleisten. ASTM D4355 beschreibt Methoden zur Messung der Rei\u00dffestigkeit von gewebten und nicht gewebten Geotextilien, die f\u00fcr unser t\u00e4gliches Leben unerl\u00e4sslich sind. F\u00fcr diese Pr\u00fcfung wurden ein Pr\u00e4zisions-Universalpr\u00fcfger\u00e4t AGS-X und ein schraubbarer Flachgreifer verwendet. Tabelle 2 zeigt die Pr\u00fcfbedingungen. Abb. 1 zeigt ein schematisches Diagramm des trapezf\u00f6rmigen Risspr\u00fcfk\u00f6rpers. Die Proben f\u00fcr die ASTM D4533 wurden vorbereitet, indem eine Probe von ca. 76 mm x 200 mm ausgeschnitten und dann eine gleichschenklige Trapezschablone markiert wurde, wie durch die gestrichelten Linien in Abb. 1(a) gezeigt, und dann ein 15-mm-Schlitz auf der kurzen Seite des zuvor markierten Trapezes auf der Probe angebracht wurde. Die Probe wurde so eingespannt, dass die lange Seite der Spannfl\u00e4che und die seitlichen Seiten des Trapezes \u00fcbereinstimmten. Zus\u00e4tzlich wurde eine sechseckige Probe, wie in Abb. 1 (b) gezeigt, als optionale Schablone eingef\u00fchrt. Durch paralleles Einspannen der durch den roten Pfeil gekennzeichneten Seite und der Spannfl\u00e4che kann die Pr\u00fcfung durchgef\u00fchrt werden, ohne die Probe mit einem gleichschenkligen Trapez zu markieren. In diesem Fall wurde die Festigkeit von vier Arten von Proben in Kett- und Schussrichtung bewertet. Abb. 2 zeigt ein Foto der Pr\u00fcfung. Obwohl die ASTM D4533 die Verwendung von Klemmfl\u00e4chen mit einer Breite von mindestens 76,2 mm und einer L\u00e4nge von 50,8 mm vorschreibt, wurde diese Pr\u00fcfung mit Klemmfl\u00e4chen von 150 mm Breite und 20 mm L\u00e4nge durchgef\u00fchrt. Abb. 3 zeigt die Pr\u00fcfergebnisse. Die Pr\u00fcfung konnte reibungslos durchgef\u00fchrt werden, so dass kein Probek\u00f6rper verrutschte. Tabelle 3 fasst die Pr\u00fcfergebnisse zusammen. Die Ergebnisse zeigen einen gro\u00dfen Unterschied in der Rei\u00dffestigkeit zwischen Kett- und Schussrichtung bei den Proben (1) und (3), aber nur einen kleinen Unterschied bei den Proben (2) und (4).<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Schlussfolgerung<\/strong><br \/>Ein Tisch-Universalpr\u00fcfger\u00e4t wurde verwendet, um einen Stoffrei\u00dftest (Trapezmethode) gem\u00e4\u00df ASTM D4533 durchzuf\u00fchren.
