Um die Batterieleistung zu verbessern, werden Materialien und Verarbeitungsmethoden aktiv entwickelt, und die Messung der Festigkeit ist eine der wichtigsten Bewertungsmethoden. Diese Application News befasst sich mit der Haftfestigkeit von Elektrodenbl\u00e4ttern, die als Batterieelektroden verwendet werden. Abb. 1 zeigt den Aufbau eines Elektrodenblechs. Ein Elektrodenblatt besteht aus einem Elektrodenmaterial, das an einem Stromkollektor haftet, durch den sich die Elektronen bewegen. Das Elektrodenmaterial besteht aus einem kathodenaktiven Material wie Lithiumeisenphosphat und einem isolierenden Material, dem sogenannten Binder. Wenn die Haftung zwischen dem Elektrodenmaterial und dem Stromkollektor schwach ist, kann sich das Elektrodenmaterial vom Stromkollektor l\u00f6sen, wodurch die Elektronen daran gehindert werden, sich in der Elektrodenschicht zu bewegen, und der elektrische Widerstand steigt. Daher ist die Bewertung der Haftfestigkeit wichtig f\u00fcr die Verbesserung der Batterieleistung. In dieser Anwendung werden die Testausr\u00fcstung, die Testbedingungen und die Ergebnisse des Sch\u00e4ltests f\u00fcr Batteriekathodenmaterialien beschrieben. und Abb. 3 zeigt den Aufbau der Proben. Die Pr\u00fcfungen wurden mit einer Pr\u00e4zisions-Universalpr\u00fcfmaschine AGS -V mit 1 kN-Schraub-Flachspannern und einer darauf montierten Kupferfolien-Sch\u00e4lpr\u00fcfvorrichtung durchgef\u00fchrt. Die Proben bestanden aus rechteckigen Metallplatten, die mit doppelseitigem Klebeband beklebt und anschlie\u00dfend mit kathodenaktiven Materialien beschichtet wurden. Die Proben wurden in die Kupferfolien-Sch\u00e4lvorrichtung eingespannt, und die Aluminiumfolie wurde mit dem Schraub-Flachgreifer festgehalten. Die gestrichelt-gepunktete Kurve gilt f\u00fcr Raumtemperatur, die gepunktete Kurve f\u00fcr 50 \u00b0C und die echte Kurve f\u00fcr 70 \u00b0C. Die Tests wurden bei jeder Temperatur dreimal durchgef\u00fchrt, wobei die gezeigte Kurve f\u00fcr eine der drei Proben repr\u00e4sentativ ist. Die Durchschnittswerte der Adh\u00e4sionskraft sind in Tabelle 3 aufgef\u00fchrt. Die Adh\u00e4sionskr\u00e4fte wurden aus der durchschnittlichen Kraft zwischen 20 mm und 80 mm der Verschiebung berechnet. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass die Adh\u00e4sionskraft mit steigender Temperatur gr\u00f6\u00dfer wird.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
