Im Sommer tragen wir zum Beispiel tags\u00fcber ein T-Shirt, das gut atmet, und im kalten Winter eine Daunenjacke, die uns warm h\u00e4lt. Wenn wir im Freien arbeiten, sollten wir Arbeitskleidung tragen, die robust ist und in der wir uns gut bewegen k\u00f6nnen. Je nachdem, welche Werte im Vordergrund stehen, wie z. B. Komfort, Funktionalit\u00e4t und Design, werden unterschiedliche Anforderungen an die Kleidung gestellt, und jeden Tag werden neue Produkte hergestellt. Da es sich bei Kleidung um ein Produkt handelt, muss die Festigkeit bewertet werden, um ein bestimmtes Qualit\u00e4tsniveau zu gew\u00e4hrleisten. ISO 13934 beschreibt Verfahren zur Messung der Zugfestigkeit von Geweben und Gewirken, die f\u00fcr unser t\u00e4gliches Leben unerl\u00e4sslich sind. ISO 13934-1 beschreibt die Streifenmethode und ISO 13934-2 die Greifermethode. Die Vorteile der Greifermethode liegen darin, dass sie einfach herzustellen ist und der Art und Weise der Krafteinwirkung im tats\u00e4chlichen Gebrauch sehr nahe kommt. F\u00fcr diese Pr\u00fcfung wurden ein Pr\u00e4zisions-Universalpr\u00fcfger\u00e4t AGS-X und ein pneumatischer Flachgreifer verwendet. Tabelle 2 zeigt die Pr\u00fcfbedingungen. Abb. 1 zeigt eine schematische Darstellung des Greiferpr\u00fcfk\u00f6rpers. ISO 13934-2 beschreibt die Gr\u00f6\u00dfe der Greiffl\u00e4chen als \"mindestens 25 mm x 40 mm, vorzugsweise 50 mm, auf einer Seite, 25 mm x 25 mm auf der anderen Seite\" oder \"rechtwinklig angeordnet mit mindestens 25 mm x 40 mm, vorzugsweise 50 mm, Greiffl\u00e4che auf beiden Seiten\". Dar\u00fcber hinaus \"m\u00fcssen die Fl\u00e4chen der Klemmbacken glatt und flach sein, es sei denn, dass, wenn der Probek\u00f6rper selbst mit Verpackung nicht zufriedenstellend mit Klemmbacken mit flacher Fl\u00e4che gehalten werden kann, gravierte oder geriffelte Klemmbacken verwendet werden k\u00f6nnen, um ein Verrutschen zu verhindern. Andere Hilfsmaterialien, die entweder mit glatten oder geriffelten Backen verwendet werden k\u00f6nnen, um das Einspannen der Probe zu verbessern, sind Papier, Leder, Kunststoff oder Gummi.\" Bei diesem Test wurde eine flache Spannfl\u00e4che verwendet, um Backenbr\u00fcche zu vermeiden. \"Die Breite jedes Probek\u00f6rpers muss 100 mm betragen und seine L\u00e4nge muss lang genug sein, um die Messl\u00e4nge von 100 mm zu gew\u00e4hrleisten.\" Die Probek\u00f6rper waren 100 mm breit und lang genug, um die Messl\u00e4nge von 100 mm zu gew\u00e4hrleisten. Au\u00dferdem wurde in einem Abstand von 38 mm von einem Ende des Musters eine Linie parallel zu den Kett- oder Schussf\u00e4den gezogen, und das Muster wurde so befestigt, dass die gezogene Linie mit einer Kante der Klemmen zusammenf\u00e4llt. Abb. 2 zeigt ein Foto der Pr\u00fcfung.
