Smartphone-Bildschirme und Autoscheiben zum Beispiel erfordern hochfestes Glas, weshalb Dreipunkt-Biegeversuche, Vierpunkt-Biegeversuche und Ring-auf-Ring-Biegeversuche zur Bewertung der Festigkeit eingesetzt werden. Bei Drei- und Vierpunkt-Biegeversuchen h\u00e4ngen die Ergebnisse von der Beschaffenheit der Kanten ab, da Risse an der Kante des Pr\u00fcfst\u00fccks zum Ursprung eines Bruchs werden k\u00f6nnen. Der Ring-auf-Ring-Biegeversuch hingegen gilt als biaxialer Vier-Punkt-Biegeversuch und kann die Festigkeit des Glases in der Ebene\" bewerten, ohne von den Kanten beeinflusst zu werden. Dieser Test ist in der ASTM C1499 beschrieben, und die Entscheidung \u00fcber Bestehen oder Nichtbestehen wird durch Beobachtung des Ursprungs des Bruchs auf der Probe mit einem auf der Druckseite angebrachten Klebeband bestimmt. Dementsprechend ist es wichtig, nicht nur den Test durchzuf\u00fchren, sondern auch den Ursprung des Bruchs zu best\u00e4tigen. In einem fr\u00fcheren Bericht1) wurde der Bruchprozess von verst\u00e4rktem Glas in einem Ring-auf-Ring-Biegeversuch mit der Hochgeschwindigkeits-Videokamera HPV-X2 beobachtet. Die Pr\u00fcfausr\u00fcstung ist in Tabelle 1 dargestellt, und die Aufzeichnungs- und Pr\u00fcfbedingungen sind in Tabelle 2 aufgef\u00fchrt. Abb. 2 und 3 zeigen den Beobachtungsaufbau und den Pr\u00fcfabschnitt. Die Innenseite der Ring-auf-Ring-Pr\u00fcfvorrichtung war ausgeh\u00f6hlt, so dass der Bruch von unten mit Hilfe eines direkt unter dem Pr\u00fcfst\u00fcck angebrachten Spiegels beobachtet werden konnte. Am Lastring wurde ein Beschleunigungssensor angebracht, um \u00c4nderungen der Beschleunigung zum Zeitpunkt des Bruchs zu erfassen. Dieser diente als Ausl\u00f6ser. Zus\u00e4tzlich wurde auf der Oberseite des Pr\u00fcfk\u00f6rpers eine reflektierende Folie angebracht, um die Beobachtung der Rissausbreitung zu erleichtern. Das Pr\u00fcfst\u00fcck bestand aus geh\u00e4rtetem Glas, und die Pr\u00fcfgeschwindigkeit betrug 5 mm\/min, w\u00e4hrend die Aufzeichnungsgeschwindigkeit auf 10 Mfps eingestellt war.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c5c3bed elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c5c3bed\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Ergebnis der Messung<\/strong><br \/>Abb. 4 zeigt die Ergebnisse der Bruchbeobachtung bei der Ring-auf-Ring-Biegepr\u00fcfung. In (2) ist der Bruchursprung auf dem Lastring zu sehen, und von (3) bis (12) kann die Ausbreitung der Risse beobachtet werden, w\u00e4hrend sich der Kreis des Ursprungs ausdehnt. Abb. 5 vergleicht die mit dem HPV-X2 aufgenommenen Bilder aus dem vorherigen Bericht mit den neu aufgenommenen Bildern, die mit dem HPV-X3 gemacht wurden. Das Bild des HPV-X3 in Abb. 5 ist eine vergr\u00f6\u00dferte Ansicht des Rissbereichs aus Abb. 4(4). In \u00e4hnlicher Weise ist das Bild des HPV-X2 in Abb. 5 eine vergr\u00f6\u00dferte Ansicht des Rissbereichs aus dem vorherigen Bericht. Auf dem HPV-X2-Bild ist der Umriss des schwarzen Kreises an der Bruchstelle etwas undeutlich. Die Rissausbreitungsgeschwindigkeit in Glas ist sehr hoch, so dass eine Hochgeschwindigkeits-Videokamera mit einer Aufnahmegeschwindigkeit von \u00fcber 5 Mfps f\u00fcr diese Beobachtungen geeignet ist. Die Aufl\u00f6sung der HPV-X3 wurde im Vergleich zur herk\u00f6mmlichen HPV-X2 um das Dreifache verbessert, was eine deutlichere Darstellung der Risse erm\u00f6glicht.
