Um die Batterieleistung zu verbessern, werden Batteriematerialien und Verarbeitungsmethoden aktiv entwickelt. Eine der Bewertungsmethoden f\u00fcr mechanische Eigenschaften ist die Festigkeitsmessung. Das Metall (Stromabnehmer), das in den Elektroden von Lithium-Ionen-Batterien verwendet wird, wird w\u00e4hrend des Herstellungsprozesses einer Zugkraft ausgesetzt. Die Bewertung der Temperaturabh\u00e4ngigkeit ist erforderlich, da das Metall w\u00e4hrend der Herstellung auch W\u00e4rme ausgesetzt ist. In dieser Application News wird ein Arbeitsablauf vorgestellt, der aus der Bewertung der Zugfestigkeit von Metallfolien besteht, die als Elektroden f\u00fcr Lithium-Ionen-Batterien verwendet werden. eine schematische Darstellung des Mikroskopschnitts sind in Abb. 2, 3 bzw. 4 dargestellt. Abb. 3 ist eine vergr\u00f6\u00dferte Ansicht des wei\u00df umrandeten Bereichs in Abb. 2. Eine Glaszelle, die das Substrat und entgastes Wasser enthielt, wurde in das Mikroskop eingesetzt. Der Laser wurde von der R\u00fcckseite des Glassubstrats aus fokussiert, um Blasen zu erzeugen. Die erzeugten Blasen wurden mit dem HPV-X3 aus einer horizontalen Richtung relativ zur Substratoberfl\u00e4che beobachtet. Der Prozess von der Blasenbildung bis zur<br \/>verschwinden, ist in Abb. 5 dargestellt. Wie in Abb. 5(14) und (15) zu sehen ist, kann das Verhalten der Blasen kurz vor dem Verschwinden bei 1 Mfps nicht im Detail erfasst werden. Als n\u00e4chstes wurde die Bildaufnahmegeschwindigkeit auf 20 Mfps ge\u00e4ndert. Die Ergebnisse sind in Abb. 6 dargestellt. Die Form der Blasenspitze w\u00e4hrend des Kontraktionsprozesses erscheint in Abb. 5 und 6(1) und (2) bogenf\u00f6rmig.
