Da sie f\u00fcr fast alle Materialien verwendet werden k\u00f6nnen, lassen sie sich auch zum Verbinden unterschiedlicher Materialien einsetzen. Sie haben au\u00dferdem den Vorteil, dass sie die Eigenschaften oder die Form der Materialien, an denen sie haften, nicht ver\u00e4ndern. Aus diesem Grund werden sie in einer Vielzahl von Branchen eingesetzt, z. B. im Fahrzeugbau, in der Luft- und Raumfahrt, in der Elektrotechnik und Elektronik sowie im Bauwesen. Insbesondere bei Transportfahrzeugen nehmen Anwendungen wie das Verst\u00e4rken oder Ersetzen von Punktschwei\u00dfungen (Schwei\u00dfverbindungen) zu, so dass die F\u00e4higkeit, diese Dinge zu bewerten, notwendig ist, um ihre langfristige Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit zu gew\u00e4hrleisten. Dieser Artikel beschreibt Scherm\u00fcdigkeitstests, die an vier Klebstofftypen gem\u00e4\u00df JIS K 6864 (ISO 9664) durchgef\u00fchrt wurden. F\u00fcr die Pr\u00fcfungen wurde das Servopulser EHF-L Tischsystem f\u00fcr dynamische und Erm\u00fcdungspr\u00fcfungen verwendet.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fb92511 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"fb92511\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><span style=\"text-align: var(--text-align); background-color: var( --e-global-color-ea31b13 );\">Pr\u00fcflingsinformation und Messsystem<\/span><\/h2><p>Bei diesen Tests wurden vier Klebstofftypen der Firma ThreeBond (im Folgenden TB genannt) verwendet. Der Probek\u00f6rper ist in Abb. 1 dargestellt. Die Angaben zu den Pr\u00fcfk\u00f6rpern sind in Tabelle 1 und die Aush\u00e4rtungsbedingungen der einzelnen Klebstoffe in Tabelle 2 aufgef\u00fchrt. Als zu verbindendes Material wurde rostfreier Stahl SUS 304 verwendet. Die Pr\u00fcfungen wurden mit dem Servopulser EHF-L Tischsystem f\u00fcr dynamische und Erm\u00fcdungspr\u00fcfungen durchgef\u00fchrt. Die Konfiguration der Pr\u00fcfausr\u00fcstung ist in Tabelle 3 dargestellt, und der Pr\u00fcfaufbau ist in Abb. 2 abgebildet.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div Schertests<\/span><\/h2><p>Um die Bedingungen f\u00fcr die Erm\u00fcdungspr\u00fcfungen festzulegen, wurden statische Scherversuche durchgef\u00fchrt. Die Bedingungen f\u00fcr die statischen Scherversuche sind in Tabelle 4 aufgef\u00fchrt. Die Spannungsamplitude in Bezug auf diesen mittleren Spannungswert wird als Erm\u00fcdungspr\u00fcfbedingung festgelegt. In diesem Fall wurde eine Scherspannung von 5 bis 30 % der statischen Scherfestigkeit als Spannungsamplitude festgelegt. Sofern nicht anders vorgeschrieben, m\u00fcssen die Pr\u00fcfungen mit einer Pr\u00fcffrequenz von 30 Hz durchgef\u00fchrt werden. Die Erm\u00fcdungspr\u00fcfbedingungen sind in Tabelle 6 zusammengefasst.<\/span><\/p><p>Bei den Probek\u00f6rpern TB1160 und TB3953 wurden unter den Bedingungen der Spannungsamplituden gro\u00dfe Schwankungen der Erm\u00fcdung festgestellt. Abb. 4 zeigt die Erm\u00fcdungspr\u00fcfungsergebnisse f\u00fcr TB1160 und TB3953 bei Spannungsamplituden von 22,5 bzw. 25 %. Fotos der Bruchfl\u00e4chen f\u00fcr die entsprechenden Testergebnisse sind ebenfalls abgebildet. Bei TB1160 kam es bei einer geringen Anzahl von Zyklen bis zum Versagen zu Grenzfl\u00e4chenversagen und koh\u00e4sivem Versagen, wie auf den Fotos [1] und [2] zu sehen ist. War die Anzahl der Zyklen bis zum Versagen jedoch hoch, trat nur koh\u00e4sives Versagen auf, wie auf dem Foto [3] zu sehen ist. Im Allgemeinen tritt bei einem Grenzfl\u00e4chenversagen das Erm\u00fcdungsversagen fr\u00fcher auf als die tats\u00e4chliche Erm\u00fcdungslebensdauer des Klebstoffs. Um die reine Erm\u00fcdungslebensdauer eines Klebstoffs zu bewerten, ist es daher w\u00fcnschenswert, ein koh\u00e4sives Versagen zu erreichen. Das Auftreten von Grenzfl\u00e4chenversagen h\u00e4ngt jedoch von der Oberfl\u00e4chenbeschaffenheit des Objekts ab, auf dem der Klebstoff haftet, weshalb dieses Objekt in die Bewertung einbezogen wurde. In diesen Testergebnissen gab es viele F\u00e4lle von Grenzfl\u00e4chenversagen und koh\u00e4sivem Versagen, daher werden die Testergebnisse entsprechend der Versagensart zusammengefasst. Bei TB3953 handelte es sich bei allen Versagen um Grenzfl\u00e4chenversagen und koh\u00e4sives Versagen. Aber je h\u00f6her die Anzahl der Zyklen bis zum Versagen war, desto mehr war der Klebstoff \u00fcber die gesamte Versagensfl\u00e4che d\u00fcnn verteilt. Bei TB3953 wurden die mittleren drei Punkte als Pr\u00fcfergebnisse zusammengefasst.
