Synthetischer\nKautschuk macht heute den gr\u00f6\u00dften Teil der Gummimaterialien aus.\nDa eine breite Palette einzigartiger synthetischer Gummiprodukte\ndie f\u00fcr bestimmte Anwendungen geeignet sind, entwickelt wurden,\nist die Bewertung der mechanischen Eigenschaften dieser Materialien\n\u00e4u\u00dferst wichtig.\nDas Kriechverhalten kann als eine mechanische Eigenschaft genannt werden\nEigenschaft, die bewertet werden muss. Kriechen ist ein Ph\u00e4nomen, bei dem\nbei dem die Verformung eines Werkstoffs allm\u00e4hlich fortschreitet, wenn\neine konstante Last \u00fcber einen l\u00e4ngeren Zeitraum hinweg kontinuierlich aufgebracht wird,\nund ist in einigen F\u00e4llen eine Ursache f\u00fcr Fehlfunktionen oder Versagen von\nindustriellen Produkten im Langzeiteinsatz in einigen F\u00e4llen. Um also die\ndie Nutzungsdauer eines Gummimaterials auf der Grundlage der\nAnwendung abzusch\u00e4tzen oder ein geeignetes Material auszuw\u00e4hlen, ist ein\nVerst\u00e4ndnis der Kriecheigenschaften von Gummimaterialien\nbereits in der Entwicklungsphase erforderlich.\nIn diesem Artikel wird ein Beispiel f\u00fcr eine Bewertung der Kriecheigenschaften\nKriecheigenschaften von Chloropren-Kautschuk durch Zugversuche, der\nausgezeichnete Witterungsbest\u00e4ndigkeit, \u00d6lbest\u00e4ndigkeit und Hitze\nund Hitzebest\u00e4ndigkeit aufweist und der am h\u00e4ufigsten als repr\u00e4sentativer\nsynthetischer Kautschuk.\nDiese Pr\u00fcfung wurde in Anlehnung an JIS K 6273 und ISO 2285 durchgef\u00fchrt.\n(Gummi, vulkanisiert oder thermoplastisch - Bestimmung von\nZugverformung, Dehnung und Kriechverhalten) mit einem Shimadzu\nAutograph AGX\u2122-V Modell Pr\u00e4zisions-Universalpr\u00fcfmaschine\nMaschine. Dieses Materialpr\u00fcfsystem ist auch geeignet f\u00fcr\nKriechpr\u00fcfung geeignet, da es eine h\u00f6here Pr\u00fcfkraftaufnahme\nals herk\u00f6mmliche Pr\u00fcfmaschinen.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9b05cef e-grid e-con-full e-con e-child\" data-id=\"9b05cef\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f7fdb6e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f7fdb6e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><strong> Pr\u00fcfung des Spannsatzes bei konstanter Belastung (JIS K 6273, ISO 2285)<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Tabelle 1 zeigt die Gleichungen zur Berechnung der Pr\u00fcfpunkte in JIS K 6273 Abschnitt 6.5, und Abb. 1 zeigt das Belastungsmuster, das bei der Kriechpr\u00fcfung verwendet wurde. Belastungsmuster unter Verwendung der Steuerungssoftware TRAPEZIUMX-V unter den\nTestbedingungen in Tabelle 3 durchgef\u00fchrt. Abb. 4 und Tabelle 4 zeigen den\nBetriebsbildschirm (kontrollierte Pr\u00fcfung) von TRAPEZIUMX-V und eine\nErl\u00e4uterung der Bildschirmbereiche.
