In j\u00fcngster Zeit ist ihre zunehmende Verbreitung in Bereichen allgemeiner Haushaltsanwendungen, einschlie\u00dflich Hybrid- und Elektrofahrzeugen, ganz offensichtlich, und es scheint offensichtlich, dass die Nachfrage in Zukunft weiter steigen wird.\nDa Lithium-Ionen-Batterien manchmal durch Kurzschluss, \u00dcberladung und Entladung, St\u00f6\u00dfe usw. instabil werden k\u00f6nnen, sind auf der Ebene der Batteriekomponenten eine Reihe von Schutzmechanismen eingebaut, um die Sicherheit zu gew\u00e4hrleisten.\nVon diesen Bauteilen verhindert der Separator der Lithium-Ionen-Batterie den Kontakt zwischen der positiven und der negativen Elektrode und fungiert gleichzeitig als Abstandshalter, der den Durchgang der Lithium-Ionen erm\u00f6glicht. Er erf\u00fcllt aber auch die Funktion des\n \n\nim Falle eines Kurzschlusses einen Anstieg der Batterietemperatur aufgrund von \u00dcberstrom zu verhindern.\nDa der Separator der Lithium-Ionen-Batterie so angebracht ist, dass er mit den rauen Oberfl\u00e4chen der Plus- und Minuspole in Kontakt kommt, ist eine hohe mechanische Festigkeit erforderlich. Diese mechanische Festigkeit muss auch bei einem gewissen Temperaturanstieg erhalten bleiben, der zum Beispiel beim Laden der Batterie bis zu einem gewissen Grad \u00fcblich ist. Aus diesem Grund haben wir Durchsto\u00df- und Zugversuche am Separator durchgef\u00fchrt, um die Ver\u00e4nderungen der Festigkeit in Abh\u00e4ngigkeit von Temperaturschwankungen zu bewerten. In diesem Dokument werden aktuelle Beispiele f\u00fcr diese Tests vorgestellt.\n<br> <br>\nNachtrag) <br>\nWas den Separator von Lithium-Ionen-Batterien betrifft, so wurden fr\u00fchere Bewertungsbeispiele auch in den Application News T146 \"Measurement of Separator in Lithium-Ion Battery\" und i229 \"Multi- Faceted Approach for Evaluating Lithium-Ion Battery Separators\" vorgestellt.\n \n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9b05cef e-grid e-con-full e-con e-child\" data-id=\"9b05cef\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f7fdb6e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f7fdb6e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><strong>Durchdringungstest<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Bei den Proben handelte es sich um Separatoren, die aus zwei Lithium-Ionen-Batterien (zylindrisch) entfernt wurden, die in kleinen Elektroger\u00e4ten verwendet werden, und wir ma\u00dfen die Ver\u00e4nderungen der Durchsto\u00dfeigenschaften aufgrund von \u00c4nderungen der Umgebungstemperatur. Vergleicht man die charakteristischen Werte bei 60 \u00b0C und 90 \u00b0C, so f\u00e4llt auf, dass die Maximalkraft bei 90 \u00b0C abnimmt, der Wert der maximalen Verschiebung jedoch in etwa gleich ist. Bei der Durchf\u00fchrung der Zugversuche wurde jede Separatorprobe (wie in Abb. 3(a) gezeigt) zu hantelf\u00f6rmigen Proben geformt, die in L\u00e4ngs- und Querrichtung des jeweiligen Separators ausgerichtet waren (siehe Abb. 3(b)). allen Proben wurde eine geringere Zugfestigkeit und eine gr\u00f6\u00dfere Dehnung in der Breitenrichtung als in der L\u00e4ngsrichtung festgestellt. Vergleicht man die Zahlen in Tabelle 4, so ist die Zugfestigkeit der Probe (1) in L\u00e4ngsrichtung etwa f\u00fcnfmal gr\u00f6\u00dfer als die Zugfestigkeit der Probe (1) in Breitenrichtung. Auch die Bruchdehnung der Probe (1) in L\u00e4ngsrichtung ist etwa um den Faktor 15 geringer als die der Probe (1) in Breitenrichtung. Aus den obigen Ergebnissen l\u00e4sst sich schlie\u00dfen, dass dieser Separator (Probe (1)) durch einachsiges Ziehen in L\u00e4ngsrichtung hergestellt wurde. Die Zugfestigkeit der Probe (2) in Breitenrichtung ist etwa doppelt so hoch wie die der Probe (1), und die Bruchdehnung ist viel geringer. Eine \u00e4hnliche Tendenz wie bei Probe (2) in der Breitenrichtung ist auch bei Probe (2) in der L\u00e4ngsrichtung zu beobachten. Aufgrund der Tendenz zu h\u00f6herer Zugfestigkeit und geringerer Bruchdehnung bei Probe (2) in L\u00e4ngsrichtung wird daher vermutet, dass Probe (2) mit einem niedrigen biaxialen Ziehverh\u00e4ltnis hergestellt wurde und dass das Ziehverh\u00e4ltnis in L\u00e4ngsrichtung gr\u00f6\u00dfer war als das in Breitenrichtung.\nDie erhaltenen Daten zu den mechanischen Eigenschaften in Abh\u00e4ngigkeit von der Probentemperatur sind ebenfalls\n \ninteressant. Beim Vergleich der Bruchdehnung und der Zugfestigkeit der Probe bei 25 \u00b0C und 60 \u00b0C zeigt sich, dass die Bruchdehnung durch die Erh\u00f6hung der Pr\u00fcftemperatur auf 60 \u00b0C zwar um den Faktor 2 anstieg, die Zugfestigkeit jedoch nur geringf\u00fcgig abnahm. Auch beim Vergleich der Messwerte der physikalischen Eigenschaften bei 60 \u00b0C und 90 \u00b0C zeigte die Bruchdehnung die gleiche Tendenz zum starken Anstieg wie beim Vergleich der Werte bei 25 \u00b0C und 60 \u00b0C. In diesem Fall ist jedoch ein deutlicher R\u00fcckgang der Zugfestigkeit zu verzeichnen. Daraus ist ersichtlich, dass die in diesem Test verwendeten Separatoren f\u00fcr Lithium-Ionen-Batterien trotz ihrer erh\u00f6hten Dehnungseigenschaften eine ausgezeichnete mechanische Festigkeit bei 60 \u00b0C aufweisen.\nHohe mechanische Festigkeitsspezifikationen sind f\u00fcr Separatoren erforderlich, um den Temperaturschwankungen in der Zelle standzuhalten. Wie die Ergebnisse der Durchsto\u00df- und Zugpr\u00fcfung von Lithium-Ionen-Batterie-Separatoren unter atmosph\u00e4rischer Temperaturkontrolle zeigen, k\u00f6nnen die mechanischen Eigenschaften von Lithium-Ionen-Batterie-Separatoren mit dem Shimadzu Pr\u00e4zisions-Universaltester AG-X und seinem reichhaltigen Zubeh\u00f6r zuverl\u00e4ssig bewertet
