Die Pr\u00fcfungen werden an verdichtetem bitumin\u00f6sem Material unter einer sinusf\u00f6rmigen Belastung oder einer anderen kontrollierten Belastung durchgef\u00fchrt, wobei verschiedene Arten von Proben und Auflagern verwendet werden. Das Verfahren dient: a) zur Einstufung von bitumin\u00f6sem Mischgut auf der Grundlage des Erm\u00fcdungswiderstandes; b) als Leitfaden f\u00fcr die relative Leistungsf\u00e4higkeit der Fahrbahn; c) zur Gewinnung von Daten f\u00fcr die Absch\u00e4tzung des strukturellen Verhaltens der Stra\u00dfe; und d) zur Beurteilung der Pr\u00fcfdaten gem\u00e4\u00df den Spezifikationen f\u00fcr bitumin\u00f6ses Mischgut.\nDa diese Europ\u00e4ische Norm keinen bestimmten Typ von Pr\u00fcfger\u00e4t vorschreibt, h\u00e4ngt die genaue Wahl der Pr\u00fcfbedingungen von den M\u00f6glichkeiten und dem Arbeitsbereich des verwendeten Ger\u00e4tes ab. SCA_300_065).<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><ol><li>basierend auf dem Prinzip der 4-Punkt-Biegepr\u00fcfung,<\/li><li>Pr\u00fcfmuster: Balken von 450 mm L\u00e4nge, 50 mm x 50 mm oder 70 mm x 70 mm,<\/li><li>LVDT-gesteuerte Sinuswellenauslenkung, maximale Biegedehnung sollte in drei verschiedenen Stufen gew\u00e4hlt werden, so dass die Erm\u00fcdungslebensdauer zwischen 1E4 und 2E6 Zyklen liegt. Pr\u00fcffrequenz 30 Hz.<\/li><li>Definition der Lebensdauer: wenn die Lastspitzenwerte die H\u00e4lfte der Werte des ersten erfassten Zyklus im Belastungsmodus \"konstante Durchbiegung\" erreichen.<\/li><\/ol><p>\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9b05cef e-grid e-con-full e-con e-child\" data-id=\"9b05cef\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f7fdb6e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f7fdb6e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>Testbedingungen<\/h2><ol><li>Die EN-Norm unterscheidet zwischen zwei<br \/>m\u00f6gliche Belastungsarten: \"Konstante Durchbiegung\"<br \/>und \"konstante Kraft\". Diese Methode ist geeignet f\u00fcr<br \/>Belastungsmodus \"konstante Durchbiegung\".<br \/>2. Maximale Amplitude f\u00fcr die Biegedehnung von<br \/>105,19 \u00b5m, Mittelwert 0 \u00b5m. Die Durchbiegung betr\u00e4gt<br \/>gesteuert durch den im 4PB-Werkzeug eingebauten LVDT-Sensor.<br \/>3. Es wird eine sinusf\u00f6rmige Belastungswelle von 30 Hz angelegt.<br \/>4. Die Tests werden bei 20 \u00baC durchgef\u00fchrt.<br \/>5. Kraft, Hub und 4PB-Auslenkung werden abgetastet<br \/>in 1000 Zyklen, von Zyklus 100 bis 2.000.000.<br \/>6. Dynamische Kennwerte werden automatisch<br \/>von der 4830-Software berechnet und automatisch<br \/>in das CSV-Format exportiert.<br \/>7. Die Norm erlaubt es, die Pr\u00fcfung zu beenden, wenn die Kraft<br \/>f\u00e4llt auf die H\u00e4lfte der anf\u00e4nglichen Amplitude. Ein separates Blatt ist<br \/>f\u00fcr jede Probe erstellt und ein Ergebnisblatt mit<br \/>endg\u00fcltige Ergebnisse (Abbildung 4).<br \/>Das Arbeitsblatt Ergebnisse enth\u00e4lt eine Tabelle, die<br \/>fasst die einzelnen Ergebnisse und zus\u00e4tzliche<br \/>Tabelle zur Berechnung der linearen Regression \u00fcber die<br \/>Logarithmen des Ergebnisses f\u00fcr die Erm\u00fcdungslinie, zusammen<br \/>mit dem Korrelationskoeffizienten der Regression<br \/>und die Reststandardabweichung. Mit der<br \/>Regressionsergebnisse, das Dehnungsniveau f\u00fcr eine Erm\u00fcdungslebensdauer<br \/>bei einer bestimmten Anzahl von Zyklen (106) berechnet wird.<br \/>Die Erm\u00fcdungslinie f\u00fcr die 4PB-Berechnung ist dargestellt in<br \/>Arbeitsblatt Erm\u00fcdungslinie, Abbildung 6. Es enth\u00e4lt eine Grafik<br \/>mit der Erm\u00fcdungslinie und der individuell gemessenen<br \/>Datenpunkte und das Belastungsniveau f\u00fcr die Erm\u00fcdungslebensdauer<br \/>von 106
