Die Pr\u00fcfungen werden an verdichtetem bitumin\u00f6sem Material unter sinusf\u00f6rmiger oder anderer kontrollierter Belastung durchgef\u00fchrt, wobei verschiedene Arten von Probek\u00f6rpern und Auflagern verwendet werden. Das Verfahren dient zur Einstufung von bitumin\u00f6sem Mischgut auf der Grundlage der Steifigkeit als Richtschnur f\u00fcr die relative Leistung im Stra\u00dfenbelag, zur Gewinnung von Daten f\u00fcr die Absch\u00e4tzung des strukturellen Verhaltens in der Stra\u00dfe und zur Beurteilung von Pr\u00fcfdaten gem\u00e4\u00df den Spezifikationen f\u00fcr bitumin\u00f6ses Mischgut\n\nZu diesem Zweck wurde ein spezielles Pr\u00fcfsystem entwickelt, das auf einem hydraulischen Servopulser-System in Kombination mit spezifischen Werkzeugen und Sensoren basiert. Die Durchbiegung wird durch einen in das 4PB-Werkzeug integrierten LVDT-Sensor kontrolliert.<\/p><p>Es werden verschiedene Frequenzen einer sinusf\u00f6rmigen Belastungswelle angewendet, wie in Tabelle 1 dargestellt,<\/p><p>Die Tests werden bei Raumtemperatur und bei 40 \u00baC durchgef\u00fchrt,<\/p><p>Kraft, Hub und 4PB-Durchbiegung werden in den letzten 5 Zyklen abgetastet, wie in Tabelle 1 dargestellt,<\/p><p>Die dynamischen Kennwerte werden von der Software 4830 automatisch berechnet,<\/p><p>Abbildung 4 zeigt das Ergebnisfenster mit den Ergebnissen von 5 bei Raumtemperatur gemessenen Proben. Jede Musterpr\u00fcfung mit ihren Messdaten wird in einer CSV-Datei dargestellt.<\/li><li>Die exportierten Messdaten werden in eine Berechnungsdatei geladen. Relevante Probendaten sowie die Pr\u00fcfbedingungen (Temperatur, 4PB-Werkzeuggeometrie, Korrekturfaktoren) werden eingegeben.<\/li><li>Die Berechnungsdatei berechnet die tats\u00e4chliche Durchbiegung, die aufgel\u00f6ste Steifigkeit und den Phasenwinkel. Die Ergebnisse der durchgef\u00fchrten Messungen haben best\u00e4tigt, dass es sich dabei um flexible Verfahren handelt, mit denen die mechanische Reaktion sowohl von por\u00f6sem als auch von dichtem bitumin\u00f6sem Mischgut \u00fcber einen breiten Temperatur- und Frequenzbereich effizient charakterisiert werden kann.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Das Shimadzu Asphalt Testing Package bietet Genauigkeit und Flexibilit\u00e4t f\u00fcr eine solche Anwendung.<\/p><p>Das System ist so konzipiert, dass es f\u00fcr andere in der Norm EN 12697 beschriebene Pr\u00fcfungen (z. B.
