Er wird in Flugzeugen und einigen Transportmitteln verwendet, um durch Gewichtsreduzierung die Treibstoffkosten zu senken. W\u00e4hrend er als Verbundwerkstoff einige hervorragende mechanische Eigenschaften aufweist, zeigt er bei Sch\u00e4den in der Ebene ein spr\u00f6des Versagensverhalten, wobei sich der Bruch sofort von der Schadensstelle ausbreitet. Daher umfasst die Entwicklung von CFK nicht nur Materialtests, sondern auch die Beobachtung des Materialversagens, um die Bruchstellen an Schwachstellen zu ermitteln. Dar\u00fcber hinaus wird das Materialversagen beobachtet, um die G\u00fcltigkeit der computergest\u00fctzten Konstruktion (CAE) zu bewerten. Wie bereits erw\u00e4hnt, tritt ein CFK-Bruch extrem schnell auf und kann mit blo\u00dfem Auge nicht beobachtet werden, weshalb eine Hochgeschwindigkeits-Videokamera eingesetzt wird. Shimadzu hat in der Vergangenheit eine Application News zu diesem Thema ver\u00f6ffentlicht (Nr. V017 Observing the Failure of CFRP Materials in High-Speed Tensile Tests). Hochgeschwindigkeits-Zugversuche erfordern eine sofortige Pr\u00fcfzeit. Dazu wird ein Blitzger\u00e4t verwendet, das sofort sehr intensives Licht aussenden kann, um eine Bildaufnahmegeschwindigkeit von \u00fcber 1 Million Bildern pro Sekunde zu erreichen. Bei statischen Pr\u00fcfungen hingegen werden l\u00e4ngere Pr\u00fcfzeiten mit einer Metallhalogenidlampe als Lichtquelle f\u00fcr die kontinuierliche Beleuchtung verwendet (eine relativ schwache Lichtquelle im Vergleich zu einem Stroboskop), die nicht genug Licht f\u00fcr die Aufnahme von Bildern mit mehr als 500 Tausend Bildern pro Sekunde erzeugen kann. Die neu entwickelte HPV-X2-Kamera ist sechsmal empfindlicher als die fr\u00fchere HPV-X-Kamera, so dass sie selbst mit einer Halogenmetalldampflampe als Lichtquelle \u00fcber 1 Million Bilder pro Sekunde aufnehmen kann. In diesem Artikel zeigen wir die Beobachtung des Versagens von unidirektionalem CFK bei statischen Pr\u00fcfungen.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6728194 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6728194\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><strong>Messung <br \/><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>F\u00fcr die Versuche wurden die Pr\u00e4zisions-Universalpr\u00fcfmaschine AG-Xplus und die Hochgeschwindigkeits-Videokamera HPV-X2 verwendet. Die verwendete Ausr\u00fcstung ist in Tabelle 1 aufgef\u00fchrt. Die Beobachtung des Materialversagens w\u00e4hrend der Zugpr\u00fcfung erfordert ein Signal, das die Hochgeschwindigkeits-Videokamera zeitgleich mit dem Materialversagen ausl\u00f6st. Da sich beim Versagen von unidirektionalem CFK Risse in Richtung der unidirektionalen Fasern ausbreiten, haben wir Aluminiumfolie senkrecht zur Faserrichtung mit Klebstoff befestigt. Ein Probek\u00f6rper mit aufgeklebter Aluminiumfolie ist in Abb. 1 dargestellt. Eine Unterbrechung der Leitung durch die Aluminiumfolie, die durch einen Bruch im Probek\u00f6rper verursacht wird, l\u00f6st die Beobachtung des Versagensereignisses aus. Das Versagen von unidirektionalem CFK ist in Abb. 4 dargestellt.\nAuf der linken Seite der Probe sind L\u00e4ngsrisse zu erkennen\nProbek\u00f6rpers in Bild (2) von Abb. 4. In Bild (3) sind diese\nRisse bis zur oberen Lasche vorgedrungen.\nAuch auf der rechten Seite der Probe sind L\u00e4ngsrisse zu erkennen\nder Probe in Bild (3). Bild (6) ist eine sp\u00e4tere Ansicht der\nder Probe, wie sie auseinanderbricht. Die Verwendung des HPV-X2\nerm\u00f6glicht die Beobachtung des CFK-Versagens bei statischen\nZugversuchen, was f\u00fcr die zuk\u00fcnftige CFK-Entwicklung\nEntwicklung.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f968102 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f968102\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><strong>Ergebnisse <br \/><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Eine Ansicht des Versuchs ist in Abb. 2 und Abb. 3 zu sehen. Wie in Abb. 3 zu sehen ist, ist an den Vorrichtungen um die Probe herum auch Aluminiumfolie angebracht, um das Licht auf die Probe zu fokussieren.
