Verbundwerkstoffe haben hervorragende mechanische Eigenschaften. Ein allgemeines Merkmal von Verbundwerkstoffen ist jedoch, dass ihre Festigkeit deutlich abnimmt, wenn sie eingekerbt werden. CFK ist da keine Ausnahme, weshalb Pr\u00fcfungen an gekerbten Proben wichtig sind. In diesem Fall werden die Tests mit Proben durchgef\u00fchrt, die in der Mitte ein kreisf\u00f6rmiges Loch aufweisen. In diesem Versuch wurden Zugversuche mit CFK-Proben (Laminatmethode [45\/0\/-45\/90]2s) mit einer Gesamtl\u00e4nge von 150 mm, einer Breite von 36 mm und einer Dicke von\n2,5 mm, die mit einem 6 mm gro\u00dfen kreisf\u00f6rmigen Loch in der Mitte versehen waren. Der Versagensprozess der CFK-Proben wurde w\u00e4hrend der Zugversuche beobachtet. Insbesondere ist es f\u00fcr die Entwicklung von CFK wichtig, den Versagensprozess in schwachen Bereichen, wie z. B. am Rand von kreisf\u00f6rmigen L\u00f6chern, zu best\u00e4tigen und die G\u00fcltigkeit der CAE-Analyse zu belegen. Da das Versagen von CFK jedoch ein spr\u00f6des Ph\u00e4nomen ist, bei dem das Versagen sofort auftritt, kann es mit blo\u00dfem Auge nicht best\u00e4tigt werden. Aus diesem Grund werden Hochgeschwindigkeits-Videokameras verwendet, um das Versagen zu beobachten. In diesem Versuch wurden mit zwei HPV-X2 Hochgeschwindigkeits-Videokameras synchronisierte Bilder von der Vorderseite und der Seite der Proben aufgenommen.\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2daabf1 e-grid e-con-full e-con e-child\" data-id=\"2daabf1\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-25dc8b7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"25dc8b7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><strong>Messsystem<\/strong><\/h2>\nIn diesem Experiment wurden die Pr\u00e4zisions-Universalpr\u00fcfmaschine AG-Xplus\nPr\u00fcfmaschine und zwei HPV-X2 Hochgeschwindigkeits-Videokameras\nKameras verwendet. Tabelle 1 zeigt die verwendeten Instrumente\nverwendet. Um das Versagen der Probe im Zugversuch zu beobachten, muss ein\nmuss ein mit dem Versagen synchronisiertes Triggersignal\nan die Hochgeschwindigkeits-Videokameras \u00fcbertragen werden. Das\nVersagen beginnt an der Peripherie des kreisf\u00f6rmigen Lochs.\nDementsprechend wurde eine Aluminiumfolie mit Klebstoff am Rand\ndes kreisf\u00f6rmigen Lochs mit Klebstoff befestigt, wie in Abb. 1 gezeigt,\nso dass die Leitf\u00e4higkeit verloren geht, wenn der Probek\u00f6rper\nversagt. Wie in Abb. 2 dargestellt, wurde das\nwurde das Versagen des Probek\u00f6rpers von vorne mit der\nKamera (1) und von der Seite mit der Kamera (2) aufgenommen. Abb. 3\nzeigt die Pr\u00fcfergebnisse des AG-Xplus. Das Versagen beginnt\nwo die Pr\u00fcfkraft in Abb. 3 pl\u00f6tzlich abf\u00e4llt. Abb. 4\nzeigt das Versagen des Probek\u00f6rpers von vorne betrachtet,\nund Abb. 5 von der Seite. Bild (2) in Abb. 4 zeigt, dass\ndas Versagen auf der linken Seite des runden Lochs beginnt. In\nBild (3) erscheint ein Riss auch auf der rechten Seite des\nkreisf\u00f6rmigen Lochs. In der Folge schreiten die Risse in einer\nAusrichtung von 45 Grad, der Ausrichtung der Fasern\nin der \u00e4u\u00dferen Schicht. Mit dem Fortschreiten der Pr\u00fcfung\nwurden mehrere Risse best\u00e4tigt, wie in den Bildern (7) und\n(8). Bei den Beobachtungen von der Seite wurde kein Versagen\nzum Zeitpunkt des Versagensbeginns nicht best\u00e4tigt, sondern nur\nerst in Bild (5) best\u00e4tigt. Dies ist wahrscheinlich darauf zur\u00fcckzuf\u00fchren, dass die\nRisse am Rande des kreisf\u00f6rmigen Lochs begannen\nin Bild (5) die Seite des Probek\u00f6rpers erreichten.\nIn der Folge wurde das Versagen in mehreren Schichten best\u00e4tigt,\nmit Ausnahme der 0-Grad-Schicht in Bild (6). Au\u00dferdem wurde in\nBild (7) wurde das Versagen in der 0-Grad-Schicht best\u00e4tigt,\ndanach schritt das Versagen in Richtung der\nAu\u00dfenseite fortschritt.
