Aus diesem Grund gibt es verschiedene\nPr\u00fcfnormen wie Zugpr\u00fcfung, Druckpr\u00fcfung und\nDruckpr\u00fcfung und Biegepr\u00fcfung. In Bezug auf Transportflugzeuge,\nmuss die M\u00f6glichkeit von Aufprallbelastungen ber\u00fccksichtigt werden\nber\u00fccksichtigt werden, d. h. um die Eigenschaften eines\nEigenschaften eines Materials zu verstehen, m\u00fcssen neben den statischen\nzus\u00e4tzlich zu den statischen Eigenschaften erfasst werden m\u00fcssen. Vorgeschlagen von Bertram\nHopkinson vorgeschlagene Methode verformt eine Probe durch Schlag.\nEin Schlagbalken wird mit einem Balkenwerfer gegen einen Eingangsbalken geschossen,\nund \u00fcbertr\u00e4gt eine elastische Druckwelle durch den\nEingangsstab eine elastische Druckwelle, die eine pl\u00f6tzliche Kraft auf die Probe aus\u00fcbt\nauf die Probe auszu\u00fcben, die den Eingangsstab ber\u00fchrt.1) Ein Schema der\nHopkinson-Stabmethode ist in Abb. 1 dargestellt.\nIn dieser Studie wurde ein Schlagdruckversuch\nan einer Probe aus einer Aluminiumlegierung nach der\nHopkinson-Stab-Methode durchgef\u00fchrt. Die Dehnungsverteilung auf der\nOberfl\u00e4che der Probe wurde durch Aufzeichnung\nder Pr\u00fcfung mit zwei HPVTM-X2 Hochgeschwindigkeits-Videokameras\n(im Folgenden als HPV-X2 bezeichnet) aufgezeichnet und eine 3D\ndigitale Bildkorrelationsanalyse (DIC) durchgef\u00fchrt.*1\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cc5b39e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"cc5b39e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t*1 DIC-Analyse<br>\nDiese Technik vergleicht ein zuf\u00e4lliges Muster auf der Oberfl\u00e4che eines\nObjekts vor und nach der Verformung des Objekts, um das Ausma\u00df der\nAusma\u00df der Musterbewegung zu untersuchen. Das hier verwendete Zufallsmuster\nwurde auf einen Transferaufkleber gedruckt und der Aufkleber auf die\nauf die Oberfl\u00e4che der Probe geklebt.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a8c5eeb elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a8c5eeb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><strong>Messsystem<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Aufzeichnung eines Schlagkompressionstests aus zwei\nRichtungen mit zwei HPV-X2 Hochgeschwindigkeits-Videokameras\nerm\u00f6glicht eine dreidimensionale Messung der Verschiebung.\nDa in dieser Studie ein zylindrischer Probek\u00f6rper verwendet wurde, war eine\nwurde eine dreidimensionale Verformungsmessung\nerforderlich. Dementsprechend wurde die Pr\u00fcfung\nsynchron aus zwei Richtungen aufgezeichnet. Abb. 2 und 3 zeigen\nden Beobachtungs- und Versuchsaufbau. Die f\u00fcr die Aufzeichnung\nAufzeichnung des Versuchs verwendeten Ger\u00e4te sind in Tabelle 1 aufgef\u00fchrt. Die Analyse\nErgebnisse zeigen eine Dehnung in der Testrichtung. Da die\nProbe gestaucht wurde, w\u00e4hrend sie durch den\ndurch den Eingangsstab und den Ausgangsstab komprimiert wurde, ist die Dehnung in Zugrichtung\nZugrichtung, wenn auch gering, an beiden Enden der Probe\nProbek\u00f6rpers. Die Ergebnisse zeigen auch, dass mit dem Fortschreiten der Pr\u00fcfung\ndie Dehnung in Druckrichtung mit fortschreitendem\nan der Oberseite der Probe konzentriert. Dies zeigt\ndass es sich bei diesem Versuch nicht um einen echten\nDruckversuch war und die Verformung sich auf eine\nauf eine Seite konzentriert war.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-14438ca elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"14438ca\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>Schlussfolgerung<\/h2>\n<p>Zwei HPV-X2 Hochgeschwindigkeitskameras wurden f\u00fcr die 3D-DIC\nAnalyse eines Druckversuchs nach der Hopkinson-Stabmethode\nMethode. Zur Durchf\u00fchrung einer 3D-DIC-Analyse eines\ndurchzuf\u00fchren, werden Hochgeschwindigkeitskameras ben\u00f6tigt, die eine hohe\nhohe Aufnahmegeschwindigkeit und hohe Aufl\u00f6sung haben und gleichzeitig\nsynchronisierte Aufnahmen aus zwei Richtungen erm\u00f6glichen\nnotwendig. Ausgestattet mit all diesen Eigenschaften ist die HPV-X2\ndie optimale Hochgeschwindigkeits-Videokamera f\u00fcr 3D-DIC\nAnalysen von Schlagversuchen.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1cad14a elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"1cad14a\"
