Die Bestimmung der physikalischen Eigenschaften von Lebensmitteln und verwandten Produkten ist eine Voraussetzung f\u00fcr die Planung, Produktionstechnik und Automatisierung von Prozessen in der heutigen Lebensmittel-, Pharma- und Kosmetikindustrie sowie f\u00fcr alle damit verbundenen Qualit\u00e4tskontrollt\u00e4tigkeiten.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-efdf405 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"efdf405\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><strong>Messung<\/strong><\/h2>\nF\u00fcr die Messung wurde das Trockenmessger\u00e4t DS-5 von Shimadzu verwendet. Zur Durchf\u00fchrung einer Messung wurde die zylindrische Probenzelle bis zu einer H\u00f6he von 1 cm mit dem Zwiebelpulver gef\u00fcllt.\nW\u00e4hrend der Messung rotiert die Probenzelle um ihre eigene Achse und Druckluft (4 bar) verteilt die Probe in der Probenzelle. Gleichzeitig wird die Probe durch eine Nadel, die die Messkammer des Partikelgr\u00f6\u00dfenmessger\u00e4ts passiert, aus der Zelle gesaugt.\nUm die Effizienz des Dispergierprozesses zu erh\u00f6hen, verwendet Shimadzu's Trockenmessger\u00e4t ZWEI Dispergiersysteme zur Dispergierung der Probe.
