Sie sch\u00fctzen vor Feuchtigkeit, UV-Strahlung, Rost und anderen Einfl\u00fcssen. Additive k\u00f6nnen die Eigenschaften der Beschichtung verbessern, z.B. die Kratzfestigkeit. Wie in diesem Anwendungshinweis k\u00f6nnen diese Zus\u00e4tze aus unpolaren oberfl\u00e4chenmodifizierten Siliziumdioxid-Nanopartikeln bestehen.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-efdf405 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"efdf405\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><strong>Messung<\/strong><\/h2><p>Die Pr\u00fcfungen wurden nach den Richtlinien der Norm ISO 527 (JIS K 7161) durchgef\u00fchrt. Form und Gr\u00f6\u00dfe der Probek\u00f6rper sind in Abb. 1 dargestellt. Die Pr\u00fcfgeschwindigkeit wurde auf 1 mm\/min f\u00fcr eine Dehnung unter 0,3% und auf 50 mm\/min eingestellt, wenn die Dehnung den Wert von 0,3% erreichte. Das Dehnungsintervall f\u00fcr die Berechnung des Elastizit\u00e4tsmoduls <em>E <\/em>betrug 0,05%~0,25% (Abb. 2).<\/p><p>Die Zugfestigkeit Om ist definiert als die h\u00f6chste w\u00e4hrend des Versuchs aufgezeichnete Spannung. Weist das gepr\u00fcfte Material eine deutliche Streckgrenze auf, wird die Zugfestigkeit \u03c3m zur Spannung, die der Streckdehnung Oy entspricht.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e845362 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e845362\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><strong>Diskussion<\/strong><\/h2><p>Das SALD-7101 kann in Kombination mit dem BC-71 erfolgreich zur Messung von Nanopartikeln bzw.
