B. die Beobachtung des Dispersionszustands von Partikeln, die Kosmetika zugesetzt werden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a8c5eeb elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a8c5eeb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><strong>Einf\u00fchrung<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Das Aussehen und die Materialien von Kosmetikbeh\u00e4ltern werden durch verschiedene Faktoren wie Markenimage und Kosten bestimmt. In den letzten Jahren sind die Struktur und das Design von Beh\u00e4ltern immer vielf\u00e4ltiger geworden, was mit der sich entwickelnden Natur von Kosmetika im Einklang steht.\nUm die Sicherheit von Kosmetika zu gew\u00e4hrleisten, muss das Eindringen von Verunreinigungen aufgrund von Sch\u00e4den an den Beh\u00e4ltern w\u00e4hrend der Herstellungs- oder Transport-\/Versandphasen, Qualit\u00e4tseinbu\u00dfen oder Leckagen aufgrund von Dichtungsfehlern und anderen Problemen verhindert werden. Daher ist auch die Qualit\u00e4tskontrolle der Beh\u00e4lter wichtig. Zerst\u00f6rungsfreie Pr\u00fcfungen sind n\u00fctzlich, um die Qualit\u00e4t der Verpackung von Kosmetikbeh\u00e4ltern zu bewerten, wenn sie in Gesch\u00e4ften ausgestellt oder transportiert werden.\nR\u00f6ntgen-Computertomographen, eine Art zerst\u00f6rungsfreier Pr\u00fcfger\u00e4te, erm\u00f6glichen eine dreidimensionale Visualisierung des Zustands von Beh\u00e4ltern, z. B. des Versiegelungszustands, von Br\u00fcchen und Leckagen. Dar\u00fcber hinaus k\u00f6nnen sie auch zur Betrachtung der Kosmetika selbst verwendet werden, was f\u00fcr verschiedene Qualit\u00e4tspr\u00fcfungen n\u00fctzlich ist.\nDieser Artikel beschreibt ein Beispiel f\u00fcr die Verwendung eines XSeeker 8000 Tisch-R\u00f6ntgen-CT-Systems (Abb. 1) zur Untersuchung von Kosmetika und deren Beh\u00e4ltern.\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2daabf1 e-grid e-con-full e-con e-child\" data-id=\"2daabf1\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-25dc8b7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"25dc8b7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><strong>Scannen von Kosmetika<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>In dieser Studie wurden drei Arten von Kosmetika untersucht, wie in Abb. 2 dargestellt. Die folgenden Beobachtungskriterien wurden f\u00fcr jedes Produkt festgelegt: Bei der Kissengrundierung wurden die Bestandteile des Beh\u00e4lters identifiziert, die Zwischenr\u00e4ume gemessen und die Fl\u00fcssigkeitsverteilung der Grundierung beurteilt. Bei fl\u00fcssigem Lippenstift wurde die Versiegelung des Beh\u00e4lters gepr\u00fcft, das Auslaufen von Fl\u00fcssigkeit festgestellt und die Partikeldispersion in der Fl\u00fcssigkeit bewertet. Sowohl f\u00fcr Metall als auch f\u00fcr Kunststoff dauert der Feinmodus etwa 5 Minuten (0,1 mm r\u00e4umliche Aufl\u00f6sung), w\u00e4hrend der Schnellmodus etwa 12 Sekunden (0,2 mm r\u00e4umliche Aufl\u00f6sung) ben\u00f6tigt.\nTabelle 1 zeigt die Scanbedingungen f\u00fcr diese Studie. Produkte, die Materialien mit hoher Dichte enthalten (z. B. Abb. 3 zeigt, dass der Foundation-Beh\u00e4lter aus mehreren Teilen besteht, wie z. B. dem \u00e4u\u00dferen Deckel, der inneren Trennwand und dem Schwammboden, die durch Einpassen und Kleben miteinander verbunden sind. Der auf den Au\u00dfendeckel geklebte Spiegel erscheint aufgrund seiner hohen Dichte wei\u00df, w\u00e4hrend die Quaste und andere Teile mit geringer Dichte eine fast schw\u00e4rzliche graue Farbe aufweisen. Durch Variation der Transparenz des 3D-Bildes kann die dreidimensionale Lage der inneren Teile leicht best\u00e4tigt werden. Da die Software auch erlaubt, einem bestimmten Leuchtdichtewert eine beliebige Farbe zuzuordnen, kann das fl\u00fcssige Fundament absichtlich beige eingef\u00e4rbt werden, wie in Abb. 5 gezeigt.\nBestimmte Innenteile k\u00f6nnen aus dem 3D-Bild isoliert werden, indem der Leuchtdichteschwellenwert ge\u00e4ndert oder die Ausschnittfunktion verwendet wird. Ein 3D-Bild nur des isolierten fl\u00fcssigen Fundaments ist auf der rechten Seite von Abb. 5 zu sehen. Es zeigt, dass die Fl\u00fcssigkeit in die Poren des Schwamms eindringt und sich entlang des \u00e4u\u00dferen Randbereichs des Schwamms konzentriert. Auch die Position und die Form der Risse k\u00f6nnen aus dem 3D-Bild (rechte Seite von Abb. 10) bestimmt werden.
