Die Druckfestigkeit ist ein \u00e4u\u00dferst wichtiger\nParameter bei der Konstruktion von Verbundwerkstoffen, der\nimmer getestet wird. Aufgrund der Schwierigkeit der Pr\u00fcfung der\nDruckfestigkeit gibt es eine Vielzahl von Pr\u00fcfmethoden.\nEine der wichtigsten Druckpr\u00fcfungsmethoden ist die kombinierte\nloading compression (CLC) Methode, die in der ASTM\nD6641. Die CLC-Methode kann durchgef\u00fchrt werden mit einer\neinfachen Vorrichtungsaufbau, ungetabten Streifenproben und kann\nkann zur gleichzeitigen Bewertung der Festigkeit und\nMessung des Elastizit\u00e4tsmoduls. Wir haben Druckpr\u00fcfungen\nDruckpr\u00fcfung von CFK gem\u00e4\u00df ASTM D6641 durchgef\u00fchrt.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2daabf1 e-grid e-con-full e-con e-child\" data-id=\"2daabf1\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-25dc8b7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"25dc8b7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><strong>Messsystem<\/strong><\/h2>\nEs wurde ein CFK-Probek\u00f6rper aus T800S\/3900 verwendet. Weitere\nWeitere Informationen zum Probek\u00f6rper sind in Tabelle 1 aufgef\u00fchrt. Die\nDie verwendeten Pr\u00fcfger\u00e4te sind in Tabelle 2 aufgef\u00fchrt. Basierend auf der\nCLC-Methode nach ASTM D6641 wurde der Probek\u00f6rper\nin der in Abb. 1 gezeigten Vorrichtung befestigt und\nunter Verwendung einer Druckplatte. Abb. 2 zeigt ein Foto der\ndes Probek\u00f6rpers. Wie in Abb. 2 dargestellt, wurde ein Dehnungsmessstreifen\nvorne und hinten in der Mitte der Probe angebracht\nProbek\u00f6rpers angebracht. Die Ergebnisse der vorderen und hinteren Dehnungsmessstreifen\nDehnungsmessstreifen best\u00e4tigten, dass der Probek\u00f6rper\nw\u00e4hrend der Befestigung der Probe in der Vorrichtung gerade ausgerichtet war. Die\nProbe wurde mit einem Drehmomentschl\u00fcssel befestigt, um sie\num sie gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig zu befestigen. Ergebnisse<\/strong><\/h2><p>Die Messungen wurden zweimal durchgef\u00fchrt, und die Spannung-Dehnung<br \/>Kurven sind in Abb. 3 dargestellt. Die verwendete Dehnung ist der Mittelwert<br \/>Belastung an der Vorder- und R\u00fcckseite des<br \/>Probe. Die Beziehung zwischen der ersten Dehnung<br \/>Messung und Zeit ist in Abb. 4 dargestellt, um die<br \/>die von den Dehnungsmessstreifen erhaltenen Ergebnisse. Abb. 4 zeigt<br \/>die Ausgangswerte der beiden Dehnungsmessstreifen waren fast gleich<br \/>dasselbe bis zu etwa 40 Sekunden, was ein Beweis daf\u00fcr ist, dass<br \/>der Test war erfolgreich. Eine geringe Abweichung<br \/>zwischen den Dehnungsmessstreifen ergibt sich nach etwa 0,5 %<br \/>Dehnung, die durch eine geringe Menge der Probe verursacht wird<br \/>Biegung. Tabelle 3 zeigt die Testergebnisse. Der Mittelwert<br \/>Druckfestigkeit betrug 640,7 MPa, und die mittlere<br \/>Der Elastizit\u00e4tsmodul betrug 72,9 GPa. durchgef\u00fchrt.\nDa diese Standardpr\u00fcfmethode die Pr\u00fcfung von\nStreifenproben erm\u00f6glicht, k\u00f6nnen Druckfestigkeit und\nElastizit\u00e4tsmodul f\u00fcr CFK relativ einfach
