Zur Bewertung dieser Materialien m\u00fcssen verschiedene Tests durchgef\u00fchrt werden, von Zugversuchen \u00fcber Biegeversuche bis hin zu Druckversuchen. Ein Biegeversuch wird durchgef\u00fchrt, um die Materialeigenschaften bei Biegung durch eine \u00e4u\u00dfere Kraft zu untersuchen. Da sich Bauteile, die einer \u00e4u\u00dferen Kraft ausgesetzt sind, als Reaktion auf ein Biegemoment verbiegen, ist der Biegeversuch einer der grundlegendsten Tests zur Bewertung von Materialien. Fr\u00fchere Pr\u00fcfnormen, die einen Dreipunkt-Biegeversuch f\u00fcr Kunststoffe definieren, sahen kein Durchbiegungsmesssystem vor. Infolgedessen wurden bei den Pr\u00fcfungen die Durchbiegung der Probe, die Durchbiegung des Ger\u00e4ts und die Eindringtiefe des Eindringk\u00f6rpers zusammen als Gesamtwert ermittelt, was f\u00fcr eine genaue Messung des Biegeelastizit\u00e4tsmoduls ungeeignet ist. Ge\u00e4nderte Normen (ISO178:2010, Amd.1:2013 und JIS K 7171:2016)<\/p>\n<p>wurden ge\u00e4ndert und beinhalten entweder die Verwendung eines Ablenkungs -<\/p>\n<p>Messsystem mit einer absoluten Genauigkeit von 1 % nach ISO 9513 Klasse 1 oder Verwendung einer Nachgiebigkeitskorrektur zur Beseitigung der Durchbiegung der Pr\u00fcfmaschine. In \u00dcbereinstimmung mit den ge\u00e4nderten Normen wurde eine Dreipunkt-Biegepr\u00fcfung an PC-, PVC- und GFK-Proben durchgef\u00fchrt, wobei der Biegeelastizit\u00e4tsmodul jedes Kunststoffs unter Verwendung der Traversenverschiebung, der Nachgiebigkeitskorrektur und des Durchbiegungsmessger\u00e4ts berechnet wurde.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-efdf405 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"efdf405\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><strong>Messsystem<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Die Messungen wurden mit einem AGS-X Table-Top\nUniversalpr\u00fcfger\u00e4t und dem Durchbiegungsmesssystem\nSystem mit einer Messgenauigkeit von innerhalb\n3,4 \u03bcm. Die Anforderungen der ge\u00e4nderten Normen bei einer\ndie mittlere Probendicke 4 mm betr\u00e4gt, sind in Abb. 1 dargestellt. Der\nWert, der f\u00fcr die Berechnung des Biegemoduls relevant ist, betr\u00e4gt 341 \u03bcm,\nwobei ein Durchbiegungsmessger\u00e4t mit einer absoluten\nGenauigkeit von 1 % dieses Wertes (3,4 \u03bcm) erforderlich ist (Abb. 1\nzeigt den Biegeelastizit\u00e4tsmodul, der anhand der\nSteigung an zwei Punkten berechnet wurde, obwohl der Biege-E-Modul\nBiegeelastizit\u00e4tsmodul auch auf der Grundlage der linearen\nRegression der Kurve berechnet werden).\nDie Tabellen 1, 2 und 3 enthalten Einzelheiten zu den verwendeten Ger\u00e4ten, Proben\nund die verwendeten Pr\u00fcfbedingungen. Abb. 2 zeigt den Aufbau des Pr\u00fcfger\u00e4ts\nAufbau. Die ge\u00e4nderten Normen beschreiben ein Verfahren A, das\neine konstante Pr\u00fcfgeschwindigkeit verwendet, und ein Verfahren B, bei dem\ndie Pr\u00fcfgeschwindigkeit nach der Messung des Biegemoduls erh\u00f6ht wird. Pr\u00fcfung\nPr\u00fcfverfahren A wurde bei GFK mit geringer maximaler Biegedehnung angewandt\nBiegedehnung aufweist, und Pr\u00fcfverfahren B wurde bei PC und PVC angewandt\ndie eine gro\u00dfe maximale Biegedehnung aufweisen, und der\nDer Umschaltpunkt der Pr\u00fcfgeschwindigkeit wurde auf 0,3 % Biegedehnung festgelegt.\nDa au\u00dferdem der Anteil der externen Kraft\nder externen Kraft durch die Scherkraft zunimmt, wenn die Spannweite\nzwischen den Auflagern klein ist*1, empfehlen die Normen eine\nSpannweite zwischen den Probenauflagen das 16 \u00b1 1fache der Die Biegespannung\nBiegedehnung auf der horizontalen Achse wurde auf der Grundlage der Ergebnisse\ndie mit dem Durchbiegungsmesssystem gemessen wurden. Die\nKurve zeigt eine pl\u00f6tzliche Abnahme der Biegespannung bei GFK,\naber keine pl\u00f6tzliche Abnahme der Biegespannung bei PC und PVC\nda diese Probek\u00f6rper nicht pl\u00f6tzlich brachen. Tabelle 4 zeigt\ndie Ergebnisse f\u00fcr die Biegefestigkeit und den Biege\nElastizit\u00e4tsmodul f\u00fcr jedes Material.\nTabelle 5 zeigt den Vergleich des Biegeelastizit\u00e4tsmoduls\nElastizit\u00e4tsmodul, der auf der Grundlage der Traversenverschiebung berechnet wurde,\nNachgiebigkeitskorrektur und dem Durchbiegungsmesssystem\nSystem. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass der Biegeelastizit\u00e4tsmodul\nElastizit\u00e4tsmodul in der Reihenfolge der Traversenverschiebung h\u00f6her ist,\nder Nachgiebigkeitskorrektur und des
