Zu den bewerteten Merkmalen der Zugfestigkeit von Kunststoffen geh\u00f6ren der Zugmodul, die Festigkeit und die Bruchdehnung. In diesem Datenblatt wurde der Zugmodul von Probek\u00f6rpern aus Polypropylen (PP) und Polyvinylchlorid (PVC) (hantelf\u00f6rmige und geschnittene Typen) auf der Grundlage von Verschiebungsdaten berechnet, die mit einem Dehnungsmesser bei einer niedrigen Temperatur von -40 \u00b0C ermittelt wurden. Dar\u00fcber hinaus wurden auch die Festigkeit und die Bruchdehnung der jeweiligen Kunststoffe bewertet.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-efdf405 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"efdf405\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><strong>Messungen und Vorrichtungen<\/strong><\/h2><p>Zur Bestimmung des Zugmoduls einer Probe ist ein Dehnungsaufnehmer erforderlich, der in der Lage ist, kleinste Verformungen der Probe mit hoher Genauigkeit zu messen. Die Messung des Traversenweges enth\u00e4lt nicht nur Fehler durch die Verformung der Probe, sondern auch durch die Verformung der Kraftmessdose und der Pr\u00fcfvorrichtung. Wenn der Verformungsbereich sehr klein ist, wird das Verh\u00e4ltnis der Fehler signifikant, so dass diese Daten nicht f\u00fcr die Berechnung des Zugmoduls geeignet sind. In solchen F\u00e4llen mu\u00df ein Dehnungsaufnehmer verwendet werden, der \u00c4nderungen der Me\u00dfl\u00e4nge mit einer Genauigkeit von mindestens 1 % messen kann. Bei der Messung des Elastizit\u00e4tsmoduls mit einer Messl\u00e4nge von 50 mm entspricht dies einer Genauigkeit von 1 m. In allen F\u00e4llen wurde die Messung mit einer Pr\u00fcfgeschwindigkeit von 1 mm\/min bis zu 2 % und danach mit einer Pr\u00fcfgeschwindigkeit von 50 mm\/min durchgef\u00fchrt. Bei den Messungen bei Raumtemperatur wurde der Me\u00dfbereich des L\u00e4ngen\u00e4nderungsaufnehmers \u00fcberschritten, so da\u00df der L\u00e4ngen\u00e4nderungsaufnehmer bei der Position 2 %
