Da die Qualit\u00e4tskontrolle f\u00fcr regenerative Medizinprodukte von entscheidender Bedeutung ist, wurden von der Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Agency (PMDA) verschiedene Materialien[1][2] herausgegeben\n\nPr\u00fcfsystem EZ-LX\nKraftmessdose 10 N\nPr\u00fcfvorrichtung Zugpr\u00fcfvorrichtung f\u00fcr kultivierte Epidermis\n\nTabelle 2 Informationen zur Probe\n\nAbmessungen 50 mm \u00d7 100 mm\n\ndie \u00dcberpr\u00fcfungen durchf\u00fchrt. Obwohl in den herausgegebenen Unterlagen zus\u00e4tzlich zu den biologischen Bewertungen auch dynamische Bewertungen gefordert werden, enthalten sie keine Beschreibung der spezifischen Bewertungsmethoden. Die dynamische Bewertung wurde nach der Transplantation von aus iPS-Zellen gewonnenen Netzhautpigmenten durchgef\u00fchrt.\n\nArten\n\nSchichtdicke von weniger als 100 \u03bcm\nMilchmembran Kultivierte Epidermis A Kultivierte Epidermis B\n\nTabelle 3 Testbedingungen\n\nEpithelzellfolien, aber die Bewertungsmethode war nur qualitativ und bestand lediglich in der Pr\u00fcfung auf Besch\u00e4digungen zum Zeitpunkt der Transplantatpr\u00e4paration[3] F\u00fcr Zellfolien[5], die eine mechanische Festigkeit erfordern, wie z. B. kultivierte Hautfolien[4] und Myokardzellfolien, werden jedoch wahrscheinlich quantitative Bewertungen erforderlich sein. Dar\u00fcber hinaus ist es m\u00f6glich, dass im Gegensatz zu den derzeitigen regenerativen Medizinprodukten, die autologe Zellen verwenden, regenerative Medizinprodukte, die allogene Zellen[6] verwenden und von denen erwartet wird, dass sie sich in Zukunft durchsetzen werden, Spezifikationspr\u00fcfungen auf der Grundlage quantitativer Qualit\u00e4tsstandards unterzogen werden m\u00fcssen.\nIn dieser Untersuchung wurden Zugversuche mit kultivierter Epidermis, einem regenerativen Medizinprodukt, und einer Milchmembran, die kultivierte Epidermis imitiert (von der Oberfl\u00e4che hei\u00dfer Milch gewonnen), als Beispiel f\u00fcr eine quantitative Bewertung der mechanischen Eigenschaften eines Materials durchgef\u00fchrt.<br> <br>\n*1 Regenerative Medizinprodukte sind Produkte, die durch die Verarbeitung menschlicher oder tierischer Zellen hergestellt werden, um K\u00f6rperstrukturen und -funktionen zu rekonstruieren, zu reparieren oder zu bilden oder um Krankheiten zu behandeln oder zu verhindern.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f4c2158 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f4c2158\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>Messsystem<\/h2>\nTabelle 1 und Tabelle 2 zeigen die Systemzusammensetzung und\nInformationen zu den Probek\u00f6rpern. Abb. 1 zeigt eine\nkultivierte Epidermis-Probe. Die Tests wurden durchgef\u00fchrt\nmit einer Milchmembran, die kultivierte Epidermis imitiert\n(Dummy-Probe) und zwei Arten von Epidermiskulturen f\u00fcr Forschungszwecke\nkultivierter Epidermis (A und B)*2 mit unterschiedlicher Festigkeit\nhergestellt nach der gleichen Methode wie bei autologer\nkultivierte Epidermis JACE\u00ae. Die Dicke der kultivierten\nEpidermisproben betrug weniger als 100 \u03bcm und die\nStruktur der Pr\u00e4parate bestand aus einigen Schichten von\nEpidermiszellen. Die Proben waren biegsam und wurden durch\ndurch Einweichen in Konservierungsl\u00f6sung feucht gehalten. Tabelle 4\ngibt die auf die einzelnen Materialien ausge\u00fcbte H\u00f6chstlast und\ndie Steigung des linearen Teils der Kurven. Die maximale\nLast, die auf ein Material einwirkt, gibt die Festigkeit des\nMaterial, und je h\u00f6her der Wert, desto robuster ist das\nrobuster das Material ist. Die Steigung des linearen Teils der\nKurve gibt die Nachgiebigkeit und damit die Flexibilit\u00e4t der\nProben an. Ein deutlicher Unterschied zwischen kultivierter Epidermis\nA und B wurde hinsichtlich der maximalen Belastung\nbest\u00e4tigt.
