Im Sommer tragen wir zum Beispiel tags\u00fcber ein T-Shirt, das gut atmet, und im kalten Winter eine Daunenjacke, die uns warm h\u00e4lt. Wenn wir im Freien arbeiten, sollten wir Arbeitskleidung tragen, die robust ist und in der wir uns gut bewegen k\u00f6nnen. Je nachdem, welche Werte im Vordergrund stehen, wie z. B. Komfort, Funktionalit\u00e4t und Design, werden unterschiedliche Leistungen von der Kleidung verlangt, und jeden Tag werden neue Produkte hergestellt.<\/p><p>Da es sich bei Kleidung um ein Produkt handelt, ist eine Bewertung der Festigkeit erforderlich, um ein bestimmtes Qualit\u00e4tsniveau zu gew\u00e4hrleisten. ISO 13934 beschreibt Verfahren zur Messung der Zugfestigkeit von Geweben und Gewirken, die f\u00fcr unser t\u00e4gliches Leben unverzichtbar sind. ISO 13934 -1 beschreibt die Streifenmethode und ISO 13934 -2 die Greifermethode. Bei der Streifenmethode ist die Zugfestigkeit proportional zur Breite des Gewebes und der Anzahl der durch den Greifer fixierten F\u00e4den, so dass sie geeignet ist, die Festigkeit der einzelnen F\u00e4den zu ber\u00fccksichtigen.1)<\/p><p>In diesem Artikel wird ein Beispiel f\u00fcr die Zugpr\u00fcfung von Geweben nach der Streifenmethode ISO 13934 -1 vorgestellt.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2daabf1 e-grid e-con-full e-con e-child\" data-id=\"2daabf1\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-25dc8b7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"25dc8b7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><strong>Messsystem<\/strong><\/h2>\nTabelle 1 zeigt die Pr\u00fcfanordnung. F\u00fcr diese Pr\u00fcfung wurden ein Pr\u00e4zisions-Universalpr\u00fcfger\u00e4t AGS-X und ein pneumatischer Flachgreifer verwendet. Die ISO 13934-1 empfiehlt f\u00fcr den Griff eine glatte und flache Grifffl\u00e4che. Um jedoch ein Abrutschen und Brechen der Backen zu verhindern, kann eine gravierte oder geriffelte Greiffl\u00e4che verwendet werden, und es k\u00f6nnen auch andere Hilfsmaterialien wie Papier, Leder, Kunststoff oder Gummi verwendet werden, um das Einspannen der Probe zu verbessern. Wenn Backenbr\u00fcche oder ein Abrutschen mit einem flachen Griff nicht verhindert werden k\u00f6nnen, haben sich au\u00dferdem h\u00e4ufig Capstan-Griffe als geeignet erwiesen. In diesem Test wurde eine wellenf\u00f6rmige Spannfl\u00e4che (R5) verwendet.\n\nTabelle 2 zeigt die Testbedingungen. In der ISO 13934-1 ist die Geschwindigkeit f\u00fcr jede Dehnung der Probe wie folgt festgelegt.<br>\n<strong>\nDehnung weniger als 8 %\n<\/strong> <br>\n20 mm\/min (10 %\/min bei einer Messl\u00e4nge von 200 mm)\n<strong> Dehnung zwischen 8 % und 75 % <\/strong> <br>\n 100 mm\/min (50 %\/min bei einer Messl\u00e4nge von 200 mm)\n<strong> Dehnung \u00fcber 75 hinaus % <\/strong> <br>\n100 mm\/min (100 %\/min der Messl\u00e4nge 100 mm)\nWie in Abb. 1 dargestellt, wurde nach dem Schneiden des Probek\u00f6rpers auf beiden Seiten der Breite etwa die gleiche Anzahl von F\u00e4den entfernt, um die vorgegebene Breite zu erhalten. Abb. 2 zeigt ein Foto der Pr\u00fcfung. In diesem Fall wurde die Festigkeit von vier Arten von Mustern in Kett- und Schussrichtung bewertet.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element zeigt die Pr\u00fcfergebnisse. ISO 13934-1 nennt die folgenden Kriterien, um zu bestimmen, ob ein Pr\u00fcfergebnis einbezogen oder ausgeschlossen wird.<\/p><h4>Schlupf<\/h4><p>Wenn die Probe asymmetrisch oder um mehr als 2 mm entlang der Klemmlinie verrutscht, sollten die Pr\u00fcfergebnisse ausgeschlossen werden.<\/p><h4>Kieferbr\u00fcche<\/h4><p>Ein Bruch innerhalb von 5 mm von der Klemmlinie der Griffe ist ein Kieferbruch. Wenn ein Kieferbruch \u00fcber dem niedrigsten \"normalen\" Bruchwert liegt, kann er ber\u00fccksichtigt werden.<\/p><p>Durch die Verwendung einer wellenf\u00f6rmigen Greiffl\u00e4che (R5) war es m\u00f6glich, den Test ohne Backenbruch durchzuf\u00fchren. Tabelle 3 fasst die Pr\u00fcfergebnisse zusammen. Bei Festigkeitspr\u00fcfungen an Geweben ist es notwendig, geeignete Griffe und Griffoberfl\u00e4chen zu verwenden, um die Festigkeit korrekt zu bewerten.
