Die typischen Materialeigenschaften sind die Zugfestigkeit und der Elastizit\u00e4tsmodul, die beide durch einen Zugversuch ermittelt werden. Diese Pr\u00fcfungen m\u00fcssen nach den Richtlinien der (nationalen oder internationalen) Vorschriften durchgef\u00fchrt werden, um eine hohe Wiederholbarkeit und Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit der Messungen zu gew\u00e4hrleisten.<\/p><p>Bei der Durchf\u00fchrung von Zugversuchen zur Qualit\u00e4tskontrolle m\u00fcssen t\u00e4glich zahlreiche Pr\u00fcfungen wiederholt werden, und eine Verk\u00fcrzung der Pr\u00fcfzeit ist der Schl\u00fcssel zur Optimierung des Pr\u00fcfprozesses. Zu den wirksamen Methoden zur Verk\u00fcrzung der Pr\u00fcfzeit geh\u00f6rt der Einsatz von L\u00e4ngen\u00e4nderungsaufnehmern, die in der Lage sind, die Armstellung und das Einspannen der Probe automatisch vorzunehmen, wie z. B. der SIE-560SA. In dieser Arbeit wurden die Pr\u00e4zisions-Universalpr\u00fcfmaschine AGX-10kNVD und der automatische L\u00e4ngen\u00e4nderungsaufnehmer SIE-560SA eingesetzt, um drei Sorten von Kunststoffen (PVC, PP, PC) gem\u00e4\u00df der Norm ISO 527 (JIS K 7161) zu pr\u00fcfen.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-efdf405 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"efdf405\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><strong>Pr\u00fcfverfahren<\/strong><\/h2><p>Die Pr\u00fcfungen wurden nach den Richtlinien der Norm ISO 527 (JIS K 7161) durchgef\u00fchrt. Form und Gr\u00f6\u00dfe der Probek\u00f6rper sind in Abb. 1 dargestellt. Die Pr\u00fcfgeschwindigkeit wurde auf 1 mm\/min f\u00fcr eine Dehnung unter 0,3% und auf 50 mm\/min eingestellt, wenn die Dehnung den Wert von 0,3% erreichte. Das Dehnungsintervall f\u00fcr die Berechnung des Elastizit\u00e4tsmoduls <em>E <\/em>betrug 0,05%~0,25% (Abb. 2).<\/p><p>Die Zugfestigkeit Om ist definiert als die h\u00f6chste w\u00e4hrend des Versuchs aufgezeichnete Spannung. Die wichtigsten Merkmale des SIE-560SA sind im Folgenden aufgef\u00fchrt<\/p><ul><li>Automatische Einstellung der Position und Schlie\u00dfen\/Entfernen der Arme.<\/li><li>Messung der Dehnung bis zum Bruch des Probek\u00f6rpers.<\/li><li>Die Genauigkeit der Dehnungsmessung ist f\u00fcr Pr\u00fcfungen nach ISO 527 (JIS K 7161) geeignet (der h\u00f6here Wert zwischen \u00b11\u03bcm oder 0,5% des gemessenen Flecks).<\/li><\/ul><p>F\u00fcr diese Pr\u00fcfung wurden pneumatische 5kN-Flachspannzeuge verwendet. Das \u00d6ffnen\/Schlie\u00dfen dieser Spannzeuge wird durch Luft angetrieben und erleichtert das Einrichten der Probe erheblich, was wiederum zur Verk\u00fcrzung der Pr\u00fcfzeit beitr\u00e4gt. Die Einzelheiten der Pr\u00fcfausr\u00fcstung sind in Tabelle 1 zusammengefasst. class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>Test Ergebnisse<\/h2>\nDas Verh\u00e4ltnis zwischen Spannung und Dehnung ist in Abb. 5 dargestellt. Jedes Material wies eine eindeutige Streckgrenze auf, und daher wurde die Zugfestigkeit \u03c3m als Streckspannung \u03c3y bewertet. Die Ermittlung der Streckgrenze erfolgt automatisch mit der Software TRAPEZIUMX-V.
