Jej\u00ed kvalita v\u0161ak z\u00e1vis\u00ed na r\u016fzn\u00fdch faktorech, jako je pou\u017eit\u00fd materi\u00e1l, podm\u00ednky tv\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed a nastaven\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. Optimalizace t\u011bchto faktor\u016f nen\u00ed snadn\u00e1. Zejm\u00e9na pro zlep\u0161en\u00ed v\u00fdkonnostn\u00edch ukazatel\u016f, jako je p\u0159esnost tv\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed, kvalita povrchu a pevnost, je nutn\u00e9 upravit velk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed parametr\u016f, tak\u017ee tradi\u010dn\u00ed metody zalo\u017een\u00e9 na metod\u011b pokus\u016f a omyl\u016f vy\u017eaduj\u00ed velk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed \u010dasu a n\u00e1klad\u016f. Jedn\u00e1 se o statistickou metodu, kter\u00e1 dok\u00e1\u017ee efektivn\u011b hledat optim\u00e1ln\u00ed parametry s omezen\u00fdm po\u010dtem pokus\u016f. Jako surovina pro v\u00fdrobu zku\u0161ebn\u00edch vzork\u016f byla pou\u017eita vl\u00e1kna PETG-CF, kter\u00e1 maj\u00ed vynikaj\u00edc\u00ed mechanickou pevnost a vysokou pru\u017enost. Na obr. 1 je zn\u00e1zorn\u011bn p\u0159esn\u00fd univerz\u00e1ln\u00ed zku\u0161ebn\u00ed stroj AGS-V, na obr. 2 zku\u0161ebn\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a na obr. 3 v\u00fdsledky tahov\u00e9 zkou\u0161ky. Tento postup byl proveden 6kr\u00e1t a bylo vyzkou\u0161eno celkem 30 podm\u00ednek, tak\u017ee z\u00edskan\u00fd v\u00fdsledek byl pova\u017eov\u00e1n za optim\u00e1ln\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed. Podm\u00ednky bayesovsk\u00e9 optimalizace jsou uvedeny v tabulce 2. V tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b byly vysv\u011btluj\u00edc\u00ed prom\u011bnn\u00e9 nastaveny na \"rozte\u010d vrstev\", \"rychlost tisku\" a \"hustotu v\u00fdpln\u011b\" a c\u00edlov\u00e9 prom\u011bnn\u00e9 na \"maximalizaci pevnosti v tahu\" a \"minimalizaci doby tisku\". V tabulce 3 je uvedeno dev\u011bt podm\u00ednek a jejich v\u00fdsledky test\u016f pro prvn\u00ed iteraci. Bayesovsk\u00fd optimaliza\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fdpo\u010det byl proveden pomoc\u00ed slu\u017eby poskytnut\u00e9 spole\u010dnost\u00ed Mitsui Knowledge Industry Co., Ltd. Pro pevnost v tahu m\u011bl optim\u00e1ln\u00ed podm\u00ednky zku\u0161ebn\u00ed vzorek \u010d\u00edslo 25 (\u010derven\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1ra) a pro dobu tisku m\u011bl optim\u00e1ln\u00ed podm\u00ednky zku\u0161ebn\u00ed vzorek \u010d\u00edslo 14 (modr\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1ra). Na obr. 4 je trojrozm\u011brn\u00fd graf, kter\u00fd ukazuje korelaci mezi objektivn\u00ed prom\u011bnnou pevnost v tahu a vysv\u011btluj\u00edc\u00edmi prom\u011bnn\u00fdmi. Oran\u017eov\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st ozna\u010duje vysokou pevnost v tahu a modr\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st n\u00edzkou pevnost v tahu. Je vid\u011bt, \u017ee hustota n\u00e1pln\u011b a rychlost tisku m\u011bly v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed vliv na pevnost ne\u017e rozte\u010d vrstev. Vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed hustota pln\u011bn\u00ed a ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed rychlost tisku m\u011bly tendenci v\u00e9st k vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed pevnosti. Na obr. 5 je trojrozm\u011brn\u00fd graf, kter\u00fd ukazuje korelaci mezi objektivn\u00ed prom\u011bnnou doba tisku a vysv\u011btluj\u00edc\u00edmi prom\u011bnn\u00fdmi. Oran\u017eov\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st ozna\u010duje del\u0161\u00ed dobu tisku a modr\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st krat\u0161\u00ed dobu tisku. \u010c\u00edm v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed je rozte\u010d vrstev, t\u00edm vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed je rychlost tisku, a \u010d\u00edm ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed je hustota n\u00e1pln\u011b, t\u00edm krat\u0161\u00ed je doba
